Welcome to your Las Vegas getaway! We are tucked away in a friendly, calm neighborhood just outside the rush and bustle of the Strip. Please take advantage of the bright Nevada weather by enjoying our backyard with pool. Inside, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is tastefully adorned and thoughtfully planned with your comfort in mind.

Take advantage of high-speed wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen for family dinners, and don't forget to include your furry friend! Easy, convenient access to the famous Las Vegas Strip and beautiful local golf clubs and restaurants surrounding the neighborhood make our beautiful home an easy choice!

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $60/day fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is entirely keyless, which allows you to check in for your stay quickly!

IMPORTANT:
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors, a security system, and exterior cameras for your safety and security.
- To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device found in the home's common area.
- We do not permit the use of portable speakers.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. You must turn off all backyard lights during quiet time, according to the city's Airbnb rules.
- Please keep in mind that our home has a maximum capacity of ten guests. We will not allow any visitors inside or outside who exceed that number. We are grateful for your cooperation!
- Pets are welcome! There will be a $150 for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet.
- No RVs allowed. No parking on the street for more than 24 hours.

We use a completely keyless entry system. You will receive your unique code prior to your stay. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Please do not block our neighbors' driveways.
