Our Villa (Lujo Caletas) is a meticulously designed 4-bedroom villa created to offer relaxation and bring people together in a luxurious tropical retreat.

Nestled in a tranquil area (near Jaco and Playa Herradura), it provides easy access to nearby shops and restaurants and is only a 7-minute drive from the beach.

The living room features a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, making it perfect for movie nights or enjoying the view through the floor-to-ceiling doors that open to a stunning outdoor space.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (AC) and WiFi, ensuring maximum comfort. Family-friendly amenities are also available (baby crib, high-chair etc), making it ideal for guests of all ages.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES INCLUDE:

*Personal chef for breakfast (ingredients will cost extra)

We also offer lunch and dinner, however these come at an extra cost.

We also offer assistance and can arrange a variety of experiences, including transportation, private tours, fishing trips, and ATV adventures.

PS! Starting from January 2025 there is construction on the plot next door. During working hours there can be some noise. From May 2025 the noise amount has been reduced substantially as most drilling works have been completed!

Beautiful View!!!

We stayed 8 days at this beautiful home. Everything was as advertised. The view with the bonus of Monkeys, Macaws and Toucans made for an excellent stay. Would highly recommended. The owner was also very helpful with any travel concerns.

Family Wedfing

Casa Lujo Caletas is a beautiful property. It is walking distance to the Hotel Villa Caletas. The house has wonderful ocean views. We enjoyed it very much. It was very convenient for us to attend a wedding at the Hotel Villa Caletas. We all enjoyed the pool and the other amenities.

First class property with amazing communication from owner! Thank you Dan and his on-site team for a terrific experience all around. Our first time in CR and this house and location were terrific. Make sure you rent a 4x4 vehicle, you will need it!

We absolutely loved this house! We’ve never been to Costa Rica before so wasn’t sure what to expect. This house had everything. If some of us were tired, there was still plenty to do at the house. Wildlife hunting was my favorite..

Most amazing air b n b ever.

This place is amazing. From the owner to the staff. The pictures do it no justice. The house is exactly as described. The chef staff are top knotch make sure you hire them. The driver they suggest danny is amazing. Was at our every beckon call and more. Planned everything and never waited a single second for him. This home, this owner the staff and eveything inbetween is absolutely perfect. I would recommend this place over and over again. Cant wait to come back.

Undisclosed construction

The home is overall beautiful- modern, well furnished. The view and outside area are gorgeous. The drive up and driveway are scary the first time, but you get use it and it’s worth it for the seclusion and view. House manager and caretaker were very responsive. Caretaker lives below the house. The negatives- the upstairs hall bath had a horrible odor like sewage all week. It was obviously know as the windows were open (letting all kinds of spiders and bugs) when we arrived, along with air fresheners. It was a shame as this bathroom had the open window to the view to shower by. Our biggest complaint was the active construction site directly next door, right beside the pool deck. This should have been disclosed in the listing so had the informed choice to book this property knowing our planned 10 days of relaxation would not be possible. We would not have booked. 7am steel beam drop offs, cement trucks running for hours, 7am-4pm drills, hammers, saws, and the men singing off key- right beside were we had planned to relax and refresh. To say it was a major disappointment and frustration all week is an understatement. By the time they stopped daily there was an hour left of daylight before we had to retreat in and the bugs took over. They only did not work on Sunday. It was wrong this was not disclosed at time of booking so we could have made a choice about how to spend our family vacation.

Absolutely Exceptional - 1st Class Property & overall experience for a warm and lovely vacation

WOW! It is just as it looks in the pictures and as advertised. This is a serious state-of-the-art brand new property as well as a very warm and welcoming home with an owner who will check in that you are doing okay and an on-site caretaker on the outdoor property (Freddy) who truly cares about your needs. Gorgeous pool, VERY comfortable beds& mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels, vanities, gorgeous bathrooms each with a walk-in Rain Shower from the ceiling (one of the showers has a glass wall if you want to look out to the Rainforest - or you can keep the shade down). Hi-tech stereo surround sound in a glass wall living room, new kitchen with all the amenities. Gas BBQ sparkling clean as was the patio... a 1st class gorgeous property. Pool has colored lights at night that dance to music you play. The VIEW was breathtaking overlooking both the Rainforest and Ocean - we had the most beautiful colorful birds greeting us with each sunrise... also heard howler Monkeys on a few occasions. Private &Secluded- our family of 7 stayed 7 nights & researched for months until settling on this GEM- seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't - you will LOVE staying here and will feel like a pampered multi-millionaire every night that you do. THANK YOU!!! :-) PS We also highly recommend taking advantage of their Danny the Driver (optional) who is exclusively available to drive around his van (seats up to 8) - a super friendly Costa Rican who was our driver, tour guide and even photographer!

It took over 20 years to make that dream a reality, but now it’s finally come true. I carefully chose land in my favorite part of the country, and after more than two years of construction, the home is complete—and it was worth every moment! There are countless incredible features about this home and its location that make it truly special, and it’s hard to capture them all in words.

Less than 1/8 mile away is a luxurious resort with access to a private beach, spa, restaurants, and more. Just 7 minutes away is the master-planned Los Sueños community, featuring a Marriott hotel, private golf course, and luxury marina. A quick 10-12 minute drive takes you to Jaco, where you’ll find a vibrant mix of shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and beautiful beaches.

You're also just an hour from San José and only 1.5 hours from Manuel Antonio National Park, known for its famous wildlife and stunning beaches. From your doorstep, you might spot a whale breaching, a pair of macaws flying overhead, a monkey or sloth dropping by, or even catch a rare glimpse of a baby puma in the distance.
