We have an acclimated, quite and safe space for your family and friends to use when visiting Tucson, Arizona. Here you will find everything needed for a nice comfortable stay! Our placita guest house has 2 queen bed, a comfortable and clean sofa for rest , living area, kitchen area and fully stocked bathroom. We provide clean sheets, kitchen supplies, toilet papers, and bathroom equipments. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainments on Broadway Blvd.

+ This unit is impeccably decorated and comes with all you need for a comfortable stay. All surfaces are disinfected between guests.
+ We wash all of the towels and linens with hot water between guests and give guests separate cleaned hand towels.
+ Hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking in the parking lot only, all other areas on site are smoke-free. Please read through full rental rules.

Tucson horse schooling
It was a little too far from our horses but that’s our fault. Property was clean. Was disappointed there was no towels but host did let me know that ahead of time. Beds were comfortable and it worked out for us just fine.

WORSE stay ever
We traveled multiple hours to get to Arizona, and I spent $500 of my paycheck on this M-I-L unit. We show up at 12AM, and it is pitch dark outside. No porch light or street lights to see our way into the unit. She told us that the curb infront of her mailbox was our parking spot, which I believe is illegal but we did it anyways. Did I tell you that this was a keyless entry? Just a code to enter the unit. We finally got in the unit and I'll give her credit for this...It was super clean. A little outdated, but clean. A couple things I didn't like about the unit. It was basically a hotel room, such as it had no doors on the bedrooms. It also has a creepy backdoor (not pictured on the website) leading to the shared backyard that is all wood and tarps. The window curtains were completely see-through, so absolutely no privacy at all. On our second night, we went out with family and got back around 2AM. The lady had already said multiple times that she didn't care what time we got in, as long as we were quiet and respectful of her and her neighbors. We came back to find our door code changed and her of course, not answering her phone. We 2 siblings tried multiple times to get in with the code we were sent in my email. NOPE. We were forced to get a different hotel room for the night. Expensive. We decided we liked that one much better, so we went to the MIL unit to get our stuff. Called the lady and she didn't answer again. We tried the code again and it didn't work. We left to go to a memorial for our mom, and the lady text me. She tells me, "The code works just fine and you must have put it in wrong every time you put it in." And she even sent me a video of it working when she did it. We come back, try the code and of course, it works this time. We tell her that we already called VRBO to get a refund and we will be getting our stuff and leaving. She goes inside her house and then we see "secretly" spy on us from her living room blinds. She didn't think we saw her. I tried to call her to tell her the unit was clean, but she didn't answer. I texted but she never answered. I still haven't got my money back from those people, and it has been about 2 weeks.
