Welcome to Five O'Clock Somewhere, this house is situated in Palma Sola Park located in NW Bradenton the most desirable vacation destination in Bradenton. This NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom private pool home (Can be heated for an additional fee) is the perfect property for your vacation destination. Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants, IMG as well as a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island this location has it all!

This 3 bedroom split floor plan property is pet friendly and offers tons of natural light throughout the house. This property offers a comfortable living area with a large flat screen smart tv perfect for watching your favorite tv shows/ movies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and offers new stainless steel appliances. Gather around the kitchen island to enjoy a nice meal or you even have additional seating at the dining room table.

In the back of the property, you have an additional screened-in lanai that offers comfortable outdoor seating for your morning cup of coffee. The outside area also offers a BBQ grill and a large table to enjoy grilling out and spending time by the pool. The pool was recently remodeled and can be heated for an additional fee. The backyard is also completely fenced in so if you decide to bring your furry friends they will have a place to hang out and relax as well!

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located on the right side of the house and offers a king-size bed, tv, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the house are the two additional bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. All have smart tvs and offer a shared bathroom.

Enjoy the outdoors? Take a short walk through the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous home!

I cannot say enough about this property. Check-in and out was easy as can be. The home is absolutely beautiful. I stayed here for 4 nights with my parents and my sister and her family. I loved the open floor plan and that everything was on 1 level. This made it easier for my nephew, who is only a year old, to walk around and play freely and safely. We were able to cook in the kitchen with ease because the home had any and every appliance you could need to host a small dinner outside in the beautiful outdoor dining area. This home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and any amenity needed from kitchen appliances to beach chairs were readily available. This home was located in a very safe neighborhood as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Sehr gut

Haus wie im Inserat beschrieben oder besser. Alles sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Problemlose Kommunikation mit Vermieter Einziges Manko — jemand für den Pool haben wir nicht gesehen und zum selber Saubermachen des Pools war zu wenig Equipment vorhanden. Ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau

Our Getaway

The location and the home were very nice. Everything was close by. Siesta Beach was 45 minutes away. There were a few things about the home that we definitely did not like. Most importantly, the tiles around the pool and on the back patio are extremely slippery and dangerous when they become wet from getting in and out of the pool, splashing and swimming. The tiles have a smooth surface. Two of our grandchildren slipped and fell around the pool area. You must tread lightly and use extreme caution even as an adult. The pool walls and floor were dirty. There was a build up of black residue which you could rub your hand against and it came off. The pool person showed up on a different day than was stated and he did a very poor job cleaning the pool, although he did use a scrubber along the sides and bottom it was still dirty when he left. Cushions and chase lounge chairs on the patio also had what appeared to be black mold. They need to be scrubbed. There was also dust on the kitchen utensils that were sitting out on display and on the gloating shelves, so everything needed to be put through the dishwasher. There seemed to be a lot of dog hair as well. Especially on the bench around the kitchen table. These are things that can be easily fixed given the proper attention and then would make for a perfect stay.

Loved the house and decor

Everything seemed new and clean. The kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked with high quality appliances, small appliances and nice cooking items and serving items. For a smaller house, the space is very well-utilized and the open concept makes it seem bigger. We loved the outdoor porch area too.
