Les Trois Mouettes – Spacious Family Apartment

The apartment features 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, sleeping up to 9 guests:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 cm) + baby crib available
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm) + single bed (90 cm)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm)
- Living room: double sofa bed

The living spaces are generous: a large open-plan lounge and dining area (seats up to 12), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, freezer), and 2 bathrooms each with a shower, WC and heated towel rail. Manual shutters are fitted on every window for your comfort.

For children, we provide a high chair, a cot and a baby bath.

Please note: A deposit of 500 euros will be taken via direct debit prior to each stay.

Bed linen is provided free of charge. Towels are available at an additional cost of 9 euros per person.

The apartment is accessible at any time via a smart lock (Tedee app). The building is accessible on foot only.

Parking: Free parking spaces are available and further up the street. A paid car park (Saint-Benoît) is also nearby.

Located in the very centre of Saint-Brieuc, the apartment is just 100 metres from the pedestrian shopping street. Shops, restaurants, markets and local attractions are all within easy walking distance.
