Located on the 11th floor in Laketown Wharf Resort - one of the best equipped beach resorts and with great amenities. This unit has 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths, plus separate Bunk beds room, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony with amazing Gulf view and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The beach is just across the street, in just few minutes walk with private beach access. Located next to Signal Hill Golf Course. In a walking distance to Walmart, liquor store, gas station, gift shops and many restaurants including one of the most popular and on the beach- Pineapple Willy's. In a walking distance to many attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, miniature golf places and much more. In just 7-10 minutes drive to the famous Pier Park shopping center and St. Andrews State Park.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*** There is one-time RESORT fee of $101 for the whole group and the whole stay, including the wristbands and the parking passes.
It is separate from the reservation and must be paid directly to the resort.
For your convenience and to avoid wait time at the front desk upon your arrival, you will receive an email or a text message with a link to register and pay the Resort fee, after your reservation is confirmed or no later than 3 days prior your arrival.
*** The person booking the condo must be at least 21 years old, have to present a valid ID upon arrival and be present during the reservation.
