Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the elevator delays and your experience with the front desk. We understand how waiting 30–45 minutes to get to your room can impact an entire vacation. Unfortunately, elevator maintenance and resort staff are managed by the property, but we understand how much these issues affect our guests’ experience. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother and more enjoyable visit!

Thank you for the wonderful communication, Laura! I appreciate you! I am glad you had a great time!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the spacious unit and amenities, but we're sorry several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating the long elevator wait times can be, especially during peak check-in and check-out periods, and we know that can significantly impact the overall experience. We also apologize that the floors were not cleaned to the standard you expected. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure better attention to detail. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that your arrival experience was frustrating after such a long drive. As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly by sending our housekeeping team to address the concerns that were brought to our attention. Fresh sheets were delivered, and the area on the floor was cleaned immediately. We regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the bedding and that you felt your needs were not fully met that first evening. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and your comments regarding the used deodorant, towels, and the condition of the unit have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for additional review and corrective action. We are also inspecting the ceiling issue you mentioned to ensure it has been properly resolved. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. While we're disappointed that your experience fell short of the high standards we strive to provide, we thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and wish you and your family all the best.
