The Space:
This warm studio apartment near the Hollywood Boardwalk offers a true South Florida experience with its old school furnishings. The comfortable bed, fresh AC, extensive outside dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and large windows create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. With a TV, cable, and high-speed internet access, guests can relax and stay connected. The private bathrooms are equally indulgent, featuring a shower. This apartment is perfect for 2 guests seeking a stylish and enjoyable stay in Hollywood Beach.

This property offers a range of amenities and features that cater to both adults and families alike. Adults can relax in the queen size bed while enjoying the sports game directly from their rooms, or they can wake up slowly on the ocean front boardwalk with a cup of coffee. Couples can make use of the open kitchen to cook for their loved ones, while also enjoying the ocean, the bar and restaurants nearby or even the Margaritaville resort pool for an extra daily fee. With an on-site barbecue, a free self-service laundry guests are ensured a memorable stay.

We will provide initial toiletries during your stay, but guests are responsible for replacing them once they run out. Requesting additional towels and toiletries may result in an additional charge. Beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided by the owner. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and water sport activities are available on the beach for extra fees. Additionally, there is a boat rental location conveniently located near the hotel. The management team is always available for further assistance.

This building does not have elevators, but can make accessibility easier if required.

Guest Access:
Guests at the accommodation will have access to amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities. Daily cleaning services can be added to any reservation for an additional fee. Linens, beach and bath towels are included, but there is no daily maid service provided. Any stolen or damaged linens or towels will be charged at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but replenishments are not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and any broken items can be replaced upon request.

Located in Hollywood, Southwinds Inn # 1 - Queen Studio is near the beach. Our apartment is centrally located 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 45 minutes from the Miami International airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Downtown, 30 minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, 40 min from Miami Downtown or Miami Beach.
Other attractions to visit are:

PARKING AND VALET
Guests staying in the apartment will have two options if they need to park a car. However there is no free public parking at Southwinds Inn or around.
1) Option 1: Private Parking of Southwinds Inn
You can park one car on the private parking lot of the motel. However we do have 8-9 parking spots for 10 apartments. We always try to accommodate everybody by providing street parking. ONLY one car per apartment Maximum.

Even if it is a really quiet area and that we have cameras on site, the Southwinds Inn Owners and/or Segura Luxury Property Management. are not responsible for any items left in vehicles, unauthorized or unattended vehicle, or vandalism.

2) Option 2: Street parking located in the front of the inn but it is subject to availability and required a fee. Every second and extra cars will have to be parked on the street.
