Everything was perfect about our stay! The communication is quick, the house has everything you need, nice walk to beach access and the neighborhood is so quiet. The location is great. This is our second stay and we will be back.

Perfect Home in Olivia Beach!

This house was perfect for a family! So close to the pool and park! The beach is just a quick walk as well. It had everything we needed for an extended stay. We loved it!

Great get away

The beach home was everything advertised and more. Location, quality of furnishings, clean and neat, well equipped, communication with Host, and over all experience was A++. Will recommend to others and hope to return.

Great property

Location is terrific, house is across the street from the very nice heated pool and a short walk down to the park. Clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook. would definitely stay again :)

Great place

Great place for the family. Well equipped and easy access to beach and pool! Only downside was not having coffee filters that first morning.

Highly recommend

We stayed at here to celebrate a college graduation. Our stay was perfect. The kitchen has everything you could need, the place was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean! I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place. Can’t beat the location either, you can see and hear the ocean from the back patio. We had a wonderful time.

Fabulously equipped home from which to enjoy this part of the Oregon Coast

Like new, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Located in a lovely bedroom community, close to the beach. Close driving distance to town and amenities.

This house is a gem!

Charming home, immaculately clean with decor that was both comfortable and beautiful. The Olivia Beach community is so pretty and while the stairs to the beach access will give you a workout, it was a peaceful stretch of sand that didn’t feel crowded like other areas and had great tide pools to explore at low tide. It was the perfect getaway for our family!

This is a beautiful bungalow furnished with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We were 3 ladies enjoying visiting the magnificent Oregon coast. We were very pleased with this home. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were 2 1/2 baths and an outdoor shower on the large back deck. This was perfect to rinse off our legs and feet after our walks on the beach. The neighborhood is very well maintained and quiet and there was a pretty little park across from the home. I hope to rent this home again and take my husband and grandchildren! I totally recommend!

Loved it!

This was such a great getaway! We came to celebrate my husband turning 40 and the place was so cozy, comfortable and lovely! Lots of games for kids to play in the house, relaxing furniture, walk to the park and fire pit and even Netflix! All the amenities you could want! I definitely want to come back and stay again! None of us wanted to leave!

Great Beach House

This house was clean, well designed and had plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids and grandma. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that WiFi was down the 2nd night which meant we could not watch any TV or get online. But, we had plenty of board games to choose from for family bonding.

We absolutely loved this beach house! The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room to sit, both at the island bar and the huge table. The beds are very comfy and the whole place was spotless. We enjoyed the charming decor, especially all of the clear containers scattered throughout with beautiful agates, seashells and other local items. We have stayed at MANY VRBO’s and this property is our favorite by far!

Beautiful house, great stay

We stayed at this house a few years ago. When it was recently available, we definitely booked it. It is a beautiful house and neighborhood. We love the town and beach. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book the house again.

Fabulous stay at a lovely home

My kids wanted to move here; I think that says it all. Great location across the street from the community pool in a lovely neighborhood while only a short walk from the beach. The home itself was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute little Beach house!

We rented this and it was perfect little Beach house. Short walk to the park or beach or during the pool season the community pool. The house was clean and cozy. Absolutely would recommend the house and the owners.

My partner, Jeff, and I have always loved the beach spending a lot of time camping and exploring beach towns on the Oregon coast. I am a semi-retired dental hygienist and yoga teacher, and live in Bend with my daughter and grandsons. We fell in love with Olivia Beach's style and convenience as a place to spend time whenever we can. Our favorite thing to do is walk on the beach and this stretch of beach in Lincoln City is our favorite. It's peaceful, interestingly beautiful and the sunsets are incredible. My grandson's love it and even dare the cold water to boogie board! We are both outdoor adventurers and the beach lifestyle never disappoints.

I fell in love with our house the minute I drove up. The hydrangeas hugging the front porch made me feel like I stepped into a different world. I could sit there a while and relax. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and walls of windows make it light and inviting. Having the master and guest bedroom on the main floor is a big bonus, especially when I have my parents visit and they don't have to go up and down stairs. The upstairs loft is cozy and feels like a special little nest. My grandkids don't want to leave! The pool across the street in the Summer is convenient and fun. The park, great entertainment for kid's , and even adults if you fancy some sand volleyball and an evening fire in the fire pit with wood provided.
