We had an exceptional stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, offering both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip so much more relaxing.The townhome was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, spices, oils, and other essentials, and the garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon ready to use. The beach is just seconds away, and the view from the property was even better than we expected.The pool was nearby, clean, and never crowded, making it easy to enjoy throughout our stay. The other residents in the community were also exceptionally friendly. We brought our Wire Fox Terrier puppy, and he made plenty of new friends—the property is genuinely dog-friendly, and the hosts were wonderful about welcoming pets.This felt less like a rental and more like staying in a vacation home of our own or one owned by close friends. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

Great weekend away! The property was walkable to the beach, close to grocery store, had a grill for us to use! And, even came stocked with snacks. Carmen was very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had. Would definitely recommend!

Zen Retreat was by far one of, if not the best Vrbo’s I have ever stayed at. Home was clean, kitchen well stocked above average. Coffee bar was amazing and showed how above average this home was ready to receive guests. Location to beach was perfect, just a few steps away. Could not have located a better spot for a week long stay or just a quick weekend. Great home and host. 5-stars all the way.

Spacious and great location

This property was perfect for us. It is right by the beach (the part without cars), and had plenty of room for everyone. I was able to work while the kids were at the beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely Stay in New Smyrna

The Zen Beach Retreat was a lovely place to stay during our recent visit to New Smyrna Beach. The hosts were very communicative and check in and out was smooth. The location is right on the beach and a short drive from Flagler. The condo was well appointed, clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Wish we could've stayed longer!

The property was spotless and unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need! We were treated to plenty of coffee and snacks...even some for our ever hungry poodle! Steps to the beach - great for shelling, and for viewing Cape Canaveral launches...we saw 2! Close to Flagler shopping and a great national park/beach. Wish we could've stayed longer, but we'll be back next January, hopefully!

If I could give this property six stars, I would. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, this is maybe the cleanest, nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. Right on the ocean. Incredible communication with the property owner Carmen. Whatever you might need, they have thought of. Even the towels were plush. Look forward to staying you again.

Perfect beach getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay at NSB. No high rise elevators to deal with. Park right in front of your unit and right out to the beach! The townhouse is spacious and clean! They supply you with bottled water and lots of snacks! There is everything you need for the beach…chairs, towels, wagon, toys. I will definitely go back there again!!

Nicely redone and very clean

The townhome has been completely redone, is well appointed and incredibly clean. Small community which is very nice for privacy and unit is only a short walk to beach and pool. Excellent communication with the owner. We will definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay in New Smyrna

The location is great. We could see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. The townhouse was very clean. It has been nicely remodeled. I would also say that it was well stocked with everything you need when you arrive. The manager was very nice and helped with whatever questions we had. I would recommend staying here.

Fabulous! Second Time Staying!

Carmen does a beautiful job with hosting- the property is beautiful, remodeled, stocked to the 9's and location is amazing. She has towels and chairs, beach toys- you name it! Very fair pricing and wonderful communication. Looking forward to a 3rd stay!
