Spacious and quiet + comfy beds

Very accommodating hosts. House is spacious and area is quiet. Both beds very comfortable and nice to have 3 TVs in the house + small office.

We liked the one story little duplex. It was clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. The area around the property had some run down houses.

Holiday visit to family

This property was bigger than expected even though the photos are accurate. Very nice looking and usable. I brought other family members over to show them the place

Great Christmas Getaway

The property was very clean and looked just like the pictures in the posting. The beds are extremely comfortable! The king bed in the main bedroom was probably the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. We were there for a family trip to Disney/Universal so it was so great to have a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day of walking around the parks. Carlos was very helpful and responsive! The kitchen is small and limited in equipment -it worked fine for us but if you want to do all of your cooking/eating in house this is something to be aware of prior to your trip. We were very pleased with our stay at this property!

Perfect location for our visit to Orlando

My husband, daughter and I spent a week here from Maine for another daughter's wedding. The wedding was on Edgewater Drive so this location couldn't have been better! The king-sized bed has gotten rave reviews and this also influenced our decision to book this location but we found the bed to be terribly uncomfortable. The queen-sized bed was much better. We are VRBO hosts ourselves, with pretty high standards, I'll admit. We found several things that could be improved upon for safety and the comfort of the guests and have sent you a private message about such. Thank you for your good communication during our stay. If you ever come to northern Maine, look us up! Ellen

Super quiet, modern rental in Orlando - away from amusement parks

Fully renovated! Incredibly clean! Great modern look and feel. 3 large TVs, WiFi, extra office room. Brand new appliances. Thoughtful coffee, tea supplies. Secure, with coded locks, cameras outside. A few houses off the main road. Not much nearby, $23 Ubers to International drive, our office Ubers we’re about $9 each way. GREAT value for money. Excellent host, no issues for a week long stay. Felt great to come home. All new appliances and the basics were all provided. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We were 2 people and we chose for value, and used the savings compared to 2 hotel rooms, for Ubers, great meals and fun after work. Was peacefully quiet. If you have a rental car, and this, you are totally set, and just saved a lot of money and in total comfort. Luxurious linens , towels, and experience - Thank you so Much!!!

Inconvenience

The duplex is in a run down neighborhood. The house next door is abandoned. The couch is uncomfortable and the only seating area for meals are barstools. The blinds are not very helpful in keeping the light out so bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep. After a week of being there the toilet was leaking and not flushing. Waited two days before contacting the owner. The first attempt at fixing the issue was on a Wednesday and I had to be out of the unit for 2.5 hours after working a 10 hour shift and it still wasn’t fixed. I was accused of flushing a tampon. Which I didn’t. I woke up in the morning to a text message saying I had to find a new place to rent and I would get a refund for the remainder of my stay through VRBO! There wasn’t any kind of offer to find me a hotel room or any kind of compensation for this inconvenience. And I’m here as a traveler for work. The plumber or whoever spent most of my day off Thursday trying to fix the issue only to turn around and say it was the septic tank that had not been cleaned out in ages. They had to return on Friday to attempt to clean everything out. I received a message at work saying don’t come to the place until after 5pm due to the smell. When I finally arrived the dirty towels that were used to clean up the floor of dirty toilet water and backed up septic tank waste were laying in the bathtub. Oh and the toilet was not cleaned. And then had the nerve to text advising me I got a 5 star review and they expected the same!

Hurricane Heroes 🙌

Chose this property for my birthday vacation to Orlando this year, with no prior knowledge when booking, that my husband and I would be caught in the midst of Hurricane Ian. Check-in was seamless, Carlos was an attentive host, full of great tips regarding the area, quick with his responses via the app, and was proactive with trimming the trees around the property/placing sandbags at the rear entrance prior to my arrival. The property itself was clean, well stocked and a welcome retreat after spending all day at Universal. When the hurricane news quickly escalated, Carlos was amazing, kept us informed, and prepared us with how Orlando would handle such an event. His guidance helped us with our decision of renting a car and driving back home to MA prior to the worst of it. He was even kind enough to check in on us afterwards, to make sure we got home safely. 5-star service, home and hosts. Would 100% recommend and stay there again in the future! You know...just not during hurricane season next time. 😳😬

College drop off

The house was very comfortable. It was convenient to stay there and get back and forth to our daughter's dorm room at Rollins. The beds are super comfortable. Carlos checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. The only thing we were missing was a baking tray to make a frozen pizza in the oven. Lol

Great place to stay

Very beautiful 2.5 bedroom, very cozy & clean space. Surprisingly spacious for a family of 5. Everything we needed to know was very easy to come across on once entering the home. The set up was also gorgeous. Carlos was very responsive and patient when I would message him. It’s close to the highways and there are some delicious Cuban sandwiches from a walking distance. I would definitely book another stay
