Boasting a private hot tub, this four-bedroom home also includes 10 SHARC passes, granting your group access to all the fabulous onsite amenities you know and love including, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, lazy river, waterpark, tennis and basketball courts. Plus, two on-site golf courses and hors-back riding excursions are available for an additional fee. Challenge friends and family to a battle royale in the garage-game room equipped with ping-pong and foosball, or take one of the available bikes out for a cruise along the miles of paths and trails. Afterward, relax with a soothing dip in the private hot tub. Make the most of blue-sky days with a backyard barbecue using the gas grill provided.

The home's spacious, two-story layout allows the whole group to spread out in comfort. The main floor's open-concept design promotes group gathering, blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Sloping ceilings in the living room allow for plenty of natural light with a river rock hearth and fireplace providing cozy, rustic ambiance. Sink into the plush sofa seating for a game night or to watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. The chef in the group will find everything needed for easy meal-prep - the dishwasher can take care of the cleanup. A built-in breakfast bar includes seating for three and everyone can eat together at the dining table set for eight.

The primary bedroom and one other guest room can be found on the main floor. Featuring an en suite bathroom, the primary bedroom also includes private access to the deck and hot tub. The second guest room has access to a full bathroom shared with the rest of the household. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, each with direct access to a shared, full bathroom.

Nearby, Mt. Bachelor, offers winter recreation while hiking, mountain biking, and water activities on the Deschutes River provide plenty of outdoor fun throughout the rest of the year. Sunriver offers a variety of onsite dining options and restaurants while farm-to-table fare and a vibrant, local brew scene abounds in Bend, just a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
