This home is a new rental and has previously been carefully and meticulously cared for by the primary owners. You will experience one of the finest homes in Vizcaya, a high-end community on West 30A's premier subdivision.

Vizcaya 1001 is a gorgeous Spanish villa-style home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to six. Luxurious materials and stunning finishes compliment plush furnishings and decorative details throughout this immaculate home. An inviting open concept living/dining space provides plenty of room to spread out, letting you settle into beach life while enjoying the comforts of home. Generous windows showcase stunning vistas in the living room, featuring a. flat-screen TV and a large sofa pit big enough for the whole family. The beautifully appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream with lovely details and state-of-the-art appliances. Loaded with cabinet and counter space, you’ll find everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

4 bikes are included with the rental. These bikes belong to the home and must be left locked at the home upon departure. Please report damage to the bikes, if any.
