Jackie, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Emerald View on 30A. Emerald View on 30A is a great home with hard-to-beat views of the Gulf. Each property page on our website lists as much information as possible about the home and uses images that are true to the home so that you can make an informed decision on which home would best suite you and your group. For this reason, we list the dimensions of each of our private pools under the ‘home highlights’ section of the property page. Also, all of the homes we manage, receive routine pest control maintenance to proactively keep any pesky bugs away. Bugs tend to make their presence known when we receive an abundance of rain- and we have received quite a bit of rain this summer season. Despite the rain, we understand that sharing your vacation with bugs is not fun or ideal, and we would have been happy to schedule an additional pest control visit at the home, had we known. We hope neither of these items caused an inconvenience during your stay and hope to welcome you back soon.

Shari, we are glad to hear that you and your family had a nice stay and hope to welcome you back soon!

Kathy, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s beautiful décor, Gulf views, and porches. We do, however, sincerely apologize for the maintenance and comfort issues you encountered during your stay. We will be sure to address the concerns you mentioned: the beach steps and decking boards, and our team has been notified about the ice maker and pest control so they can be resolved promptly. We’ve also passed along your feedback regarding the pool and communication style so that future guests have a smoother experience. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless and relaxing stay in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Laurel. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the home, its location, and amenities, but we're sorry that the maintenance visits during your stay disrupted your vacation experience. We understand your frustration with the number of visits and the lack of communication regarding some of them. Providing advance notice and respecting our guests' privacy are very important to us, and we apologize that we fell short of those expectations. Your comments have been shared with our team as we work to improve our communication and scheduling processes. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Rick, thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and Gulf front location this home provides. As for the pool, we have an abundance of images on our website so that you know exactly what the pool looks like. We also have a map at the bottom of each property page on our website so that you know where the home is located. As more and more people discover the beauty of 30A, 30A does only have 19 miles of beaches and the beaches are a little more crowded during peak seasons. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our team is thrilled to hear you and your family had a nice stay at Emerald View on 30A, David! Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the home was not up to our usual standards upon your arrival, especially considering the importance of a clean and welcoming space. This is far from the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we will be addressing each of the issues you mentioned immediately. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed the home and its location, and we’d love the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize that several key features of the home did not function properly during your stay, especially the balcony doors, pool, garage doors, and exterior lighting. We understand how important these amenities are to a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, and regret the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We also apologize for the timing and manner of the contractor visits. We strive to schedule maintenance outside of guest stays whenever possible, and we’re sorry that this was not your experience. Your concerns have been shared with our property management team to improve how we handle repairs and guest communication moving forward. Regarding the issues with the home and compensation, we regret that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in the future.
