Convenient location to the airport and downtown (actually - to just about anywhere in and around Lexington). Very spacious and accommodating for 4 adult couples with plenty to do at the house and great suggestions for the area. Privacy fenced yard was a plus since it is in a residential neighborhood but off a fairly major road. Furnishings, finishes, and decor definitely on the plus side vs other VRBO's we have stayed at over the years. Places for large groups that don't feel like hostels are rare - this is definitely one.

Was a little pricey per night, but with 10-12 people it becomes doable. The amenities are great, though a singular login for the apps on the TVs would be a huge improvement.

James, thank you for the feedback! We're glad the space worked well for your group of 10–12 and that you enjoyed the amenities. Your note about a single login across the TV apps is a great suggestion, and we'll look into simplifying that for future stays. We hope to host you again.

This home was perfect for our group. The interior design is open so it was easy to cook in the kitchen and take the meal to the table and then have others in the family room either watching TV or enjoying a cocktail. We loved that the kitchen is equipped because we prepared dinner each of the three nights that we stayed. We had a group of 9 people, and it was great that we were able to all sit around the table and share a meal. That table also doubled as our card table and we were able to play card games and board games in the evening. As far as location, it was perfect for our Bourbon tour as well as for our horse racing adventure to Keeneland. We also enjoyed all of the seating in the back yard as we were able to chill in the nice weather, and enjoy each other's company. The property is immaculate, and the consistent and timely interactions with the owner were exceptional. The next time we're in Lexington, I will look up this property. It was perfect for our adventure.

This house was perfect for our family trip! 9 adults, 2kids and 2furkids! Plenty of space! Quiet neighborhood-great for morning strolls with the dogs. Plus for us was— that there is 1 bedroom downstairs—super convenient for our dogs that can’t use stairs well.Fun game room and the backyard space was great!

The house was great. It was clean, well maintained, had large rooms and plenty accommodations for our needs. The fenced in yard was ideal for our small dogs and the outdoor seating was nice. The owners were quick to respond in their communications and were friendly. The house is closeto downtown and it was easy to get to various attractions in the area.
