When the plates are cleared, the game room is where the night goes next. A Foresight golf simulator anchors it — play Pebble Beach in your socks — alongside foosball and ping pong for the grudge matches. Outside, a private putting green on lush turf lets the golfers keep at it.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 12 across 7 beds):

• 1st floor: King bedroom beside a full bath with walk-in shower — private, accessible, perfect for anyone skipping stairs.

• 2nd floor: Three bedrooms — two kings and a queen — including a master en suite, plus a full hallway bath with tub and shower.

PARKING



Parking is easy here — a rare thing this close to downtown. There's free parking on premises plus free street parking, with room for up to 8 vehicles. Bring the whole caravan: reunion cars, the wedding party's rentals, or the golf crew's trucks all fit. No permits, no garage, no daily fees. Pull in, unload steps from the door, and settle in.

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.



You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet. Please inquire and let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can add the fee to your reservation.
