At Limetree Beach Resort by Wyndham, these spacious studio and one-bedroom resort suites comfortably sleep two to four guests and range from 288 - 607 square feet. You will appreciate the economy of a kitchenette, a separate living/dining area, and TVs throughout - all comforts that are designed around you. This beachside resort property is quietly nestled in beautiful Frenchman's Bay and the Cyril E. King Airport is a short 15 minute drive away. Guests will enjoy easy access to the Tutu Park Mall, Coral World Ocean Park and the St. Thomas Skyride that takes you to Pleasure Point. The charming shops, restaurants and historic attractions in Charlotte Amalie are all just minutes away.

The resort features an array of amenities that satisfy all your traveling needs. Make use of the laundry facilities and fitness center. Enjoy live entertainment or outdoor movies at the Limetree Grill, then soak up the sun on the private beach. Outdoor adventure seekers can enjoy snorkeling and tennis on resort grounds.

This is a vacation resort suite set up for exclusive use by our guests.

01. Reservations must be in the name of someone at least 21 years of age (proper photo ID must be shown at check-in). Other guests need not be at least 21 years of age.

02. After booking, the name(s) (up to two) and addresses of who will be checking in must be provided prior to the guest's arrival. 

03. Failure to provide reservation name(s) may result in the guest not being able to check-in when the guest arrives at the property.

04. Check-in / Check-out: 4 PM / 10 AM (unless otherwise specified)

05. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in.

06. Suites are assigned at check-in so  location within the resort varies. We can have the reservation annotated for your preference and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on location availability.

07. We are not responsible for limited or no access to amenities due to government regulations, resort policy, discontinuation or maintenance.

08. Late Arrivals: Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification.

09. Your safety is very important to us, so we closely follow local regulations for maximum occupancy per unit.

10. Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.

11. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all affiliated locations.

12. No smoking is allowed in the suite. Failure to comply may result in a fine.

13. Attending a seminar or presentation is not required as part of the booking. If you are made an offer to attend, you are under no obligation to do so. Attending a seminar or presentation is the sole choice of the renter, if offered.

14. Late Arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 10 PM, please contact the resort to make check-in arrangements

15. A U.S. Virgin Islands government imposed fee is to be paid at check-in ($25 per unit per night).

16. An energy fee will be assessed at check-in ($22 per unit per night).

17. A car is suggested to enjoy area: about a 15-minute drive to shopping/grocery
