Fully remodeled for the 2023 Season! Nothing overlooked, this property is absolutely beautiful!

BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Includes free beach chairs (seasonally operated) with every rental!

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom a twin over full bunkbed in the hallway nook and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

This condo is located in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Panama City Beach, and is near theme parks and on the beach. Pier Park and Thomas Drive are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Frank Brown Park. WonderWorks and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

First family vacation with my Brother and Sister

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was excellent, very roomy for 6 adults and 1 child. I feel it could have accommodated 8 adults and 3 children.Regardless, it was perfect.The beds slept well, even the pull out bed in the living room was fair.It was clean, we could have used more towels, but we just washed them as we went.There was plenty of room to sit down for a family meal, and we spent most of our time on the roomy balcony with lots of seating. We watched dolphins and stingrays all day.

Almost absolutely perfect!

This is a wonderful property! As a family of 5, we enjoyed all the sleeping options. The bunk bed space was fun and all beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental. There were plenty of pillows and extra bedding/blankets. All rooms have nice flatscreen tvs, however they are not smart tvs so you might need to plan ahead and bring roku/firestick/appletv. The kitchen was well stocked with great cutlery, knives, skillets- all great quality. We enjoyed both spacious dining areas. There is a coffee maker, blender, but no crockpot. We chose this rental to accommodate someone with a bad back. Having a recliner was a must. Sadly, this recliner is uneven, which you can't tell from the pictures, so if are in need of a recliner-take note. Both bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. They are spacious, nice and have great showerheads. Hairdryer in both/only one worked. The dryer does tend to need to run twice to get everything completely dry. The only thing keeping this rental from being absolutely perfect is the lack of beach chairs/toys/boogie boards, and the lack of streaming capabilities. The rental comes with access to two of the blue lounge chairs on the beach, however those are picked up at 4. Long beach is a great location in itself! Every bedroom and main room has breathtaking floor to ceiling views of the beach. There is a heated pool between towers 3-4. Families with small kids-don't book during spring break. Overall-we are already planning to come back to this unit!

Stunning Views!

Beautiful, updated condo that looks just like the photos. We loved our time there. The floor to ceiling windows make the view available from everywhere. Really liked being able to open the bedroom door to the balcony and let the sea air inside. Also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony for laying in the sunshine. Awesome place!!!
