Going to see the grandkids

Three nights in the Hideaway Suite was an enjoyable stay. It is situated on 7 acres of the most beautiful vistas. The entire suite was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with cabinets that were like new. Among the decorations were gentle, unobtrusive thoughts that set the tone that Carol, our host, hoped would prepare us for visiting this paradise. She maintains a garden of plants and vegetables from which she kindly gifted our daughter a large zucchini. This was used in one of our family dinners with our daughter who lives three miles down the road. Communication was excellent. We could think of nothing that would improve our experience. Definitely we would stay here again.

Clean, well appointed, wonderful hosts

We really appreciated your kindness and small touches like the coffee bar, fan & decor (super smart to have large mirror right outside the bathroom) .. comfy beds .. well stocked kitchen .. don’t miss the cooktop in the cabinet drawer!Thank you for sharing your beautiful property and look forward to seeing you again! Great Stay at a Wonderful Property

We stayed for 3 weeks! We came for cold weather and snow. We got our wish for snow the last week. The property was clean and comfortable. There was easy access to hiking right from the front door. After the snow there was Nordic skiing on the same hiking trails. We even went snow shoeing. Our hosts were warm and personable. They provided great information on things to see and do in the Sandpoint Area. The Woods in Sagle is very well located for easy access to the skiing/mountain biking at Schweitzer Mountain. it is a great place to stay. We had an excellent time!

Very quiet and cozy

We truly enjoyed our 3 nights in the woods. Our hosts Carol and Randall were wonderful. They made a fire and we had a great conversation. The studio is large, bright, and clean. It’s beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Slept so well! We were sad to leave but plan on coming again. Thank you so much! Until we meet again..

Nice place

Nice place and quite roomy. Feels like you are away from everything nestled in the woods. Hosts are super nice and ready to assist with whatever you may need. I would stay again, maybe when its warmer weather outside so I can explore.

Much More Than Just a Studio, Excellent!

First I want to say how much I enjoyed Carol and Randall's kindness and conversations we shared by the fire. Make sure if you visit, take some time to get to know them, they are amazing people and hosts. Secondly, the apartment is big, clean, and very updated. The beds are comfy, the furniture is comfy, no complaints at all. You will enjoy the fire at night along with the Owls, Deer and all of the other wildlife.
