A comfortable sofa and a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Apple TV. When you want to get out of the unit, the clubhouse has a pool table.
KITCHEN & DINING
A full kitchen for real meals, not takeout every night: stainless electric stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with coffee to start, electric kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. Dining table for sit-down meals.
BEDROOM
A king bed with hotel-grade linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades for day sleepers and night-shift schedules, and closet storage with hangers.
BATHROOM
Full bath with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to get you through the first few days.

The property was so clean and the King bed was great to sleep on. We will most definitely stay here again when in Houston. The property has a wonderful patio with water feature to sit by. Location is perfect for MD Anderson and very quite area to recover from treatment. The Host was great always responded quickly when texted within minutes. Having an assigned parking place was the best not having to worry about car and locked garage.

Check-in was not easy. Parking was two days late do to previous renter. Should have been resolved before we arrived. Mattress needs an upgrade as do pots and pans.

We’re sorry we couldn’t accommodate your follow-up request due to availability, but we’d love to have you back when the timing lines up. Our Houston property sits inside a 7-floor secured building with attached garage and complimentary reserved first-floor parking included at no extra charge — a perk our guests really appreciate. We moved quickly to resolve the parking pass situation once it was brought to our attention.

Great location, clean & very secure
This apartment was in the perfect location for us to walk to NRG. Very clean and very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place near medical center
My husband and I were in town for my cancer treatments and needed a place close to the hospital. This location was great. The gym was a nice perk. The apartment was immaculate and communication with the host was quick and easy.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive from start to finish. They were welcoming and genuinely concerned about ensuring I had a peaceful, comfortable stay, especially since my visit was for medical reasons, which meant a lot to me.The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Midway through my stay, a cleaning was arranged, and the person sent was extremely kind, professional, and very thorough.The apartment had everything I needed and felt like a safe, calm place to rest and recover. I truly appreciate the care and attention provided and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay.

This was an wonderful stay overall. The check in process was a little cumbersome, but it was smooth sailing after that. The property was clean & had all the necessities. The property manager was very responsive & accommodating. It was an excellent stay.

Property management was wonderful to work with! The purpose of our stay was for MD Anderson appointments. We had stressful days with several anxious moments. The management team were gracious and patient with me during some scatter-brained moments. The property itself was a safe haven and soft place to land each day and just as described. We have many more visits to Houston in our future and hope to stay at this property each time!

Wonderful Property
The property was great! We had a three week stay as my husband received treatment at MD Anderson. The location was perfect for us. We found everything very comfortable and clean. The unit was very quiet and public areas were well kept. We hope to rent again as additional treatments come up.

Great location and large space
Love this apartment with plenty of space especially for a 1 bedroom! Garage parking, stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed and large bathroom. Office space if you need to work remotely while staying. Beautiful courtyard right outside the patio. Quiet complex close to restaurants and shopping as well as less than 5 minutes to medical center. Highly recommend!

Location good for our needs. Clean and nice.
Nice. There seems to be quite a bit of growing families in the complex. With that being said it can be a little noisy at times. Not complaining just thought I would mention that. The emails are a little overwhelming. Management is very quick to answer the phone, emails, and texts to help you in any way.

Good location & Remote work
We were staying for a week for appointments at MD Anderson and this was a good option for us. The remote work space was nice and the space was comfortable and a good size. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue and corrected it.
FYI the shower is over a garden tub so it’s deeper and a bit harder to get in and out of if you have balance issues.

Had a little issue with the key cafe, machine malfunction. The PM jumped right on it and squared it away pretty quickly.

Great place, would rent again!
When I booked this place, the person I was coming with booked a place as well, I had thought I had lost my money because I was too close to the refund time frame. But played out that the place my friend booked ghosted us, so I reached out to this place and they was happy to go ahead with my booking. This place was so nice, perfect for us coming in to see my mom for her surgery at MD Anderson. The property managers responded so quickly and were there to help for literally anything! If you’re looking at this place, book it!!
