Your reservation will include Bay Creek Club access during your stay. You will have access to book golf at the private golf club, use the Life Center which includes a 5,000 square-foot fitness studio, a 2,800 square-foot member lounge, access to two outdoor pools (seasonal), a toddler splash pad (seasonal) and lawn games, an expansive private beach with weekend seasonal beach rental service, explore the 350-acre Nature Preserve and dine at the Coach House Tavern.

The community is marvelous. It is gated with someone in the front 24/7. Very friendly residents, golf course was amazing, and the community pool clubhouse was perfect. The rental is upstairs so be prepared for that but it was perfect and thought of everything. If I really had to nitpick it, it may just need new carpet or floor; it had a distinct smell at first, not terrible, but definitely noticeable. Highly recommend and we look forward on returning to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Bay Breezin' - the condo was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and MORE than well equipped. They thought of everything you would need in the kitchen, the garage (for outdoor activity), and throughout the whole place. On top of that, Bay Creek is an incredible golf course, and the whole community is friendly, has great activities, and takes your breath away as you drive through the landscaped streets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A four-night family vacation was just the right amount of time to explore Cape Charles! The resort had limited features; however, it was a great location and an easy trip into the quaint town of Cape Charles. Highly recommend planning a golf cart rental. This would have been a much preferred method of transportation to get around the resort as well as commute into Cape Charles. It would also have been helpful to know in advance that this was a second-floor condo with no elevator. The condo was lovely with everything we needed.

Were afraid to sleep in top bunk.We have rented in Bay Creek quite a few times and our main concern lately is the condition of the beach. While we understand that the seaweed is an issue, we think that the beaches should be raked daily to remove seaweed. These properties are much too expensive to have a beach in this condition with seaweed present which attracts insects and is not visually appealing. Otherwise, we enjoy Bay Creek and its amenities very much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As we have previously experienced, a stay at Bay Creek is a pleasant. The grounds are immaculately kept, the choices for enjoying a pool are wonderful as the one at the Life Center is excellent if you have children, the others much quieter if desiring that, the fitness room is excellent, the Life Center staff accommodating. Kids Fitness with Miles was a hit with our grandchildren (wish it was offered everyday), the option to make S’mores was a good option while waiting to go to the beach to view the sunset. Please add a rowing machine (ergometer) to fitness room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Doubt I would go back. The weather wasn't great, so we went to the exercise facility and were told there was a $14 fee, then when other people from our group went they were told it was free. The billing statement was confusing regarding all the extra fees. Not sure staying on the Bay Creek property is worth the cost.

Private Resort Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Cape Charles for the past 5 years, but this was the first time we decided to rent a place. (We had previously stayed with family/friends)It was great having our own place and the accommodations were very inviting. The condo was very clean and really well equipped for a family to have a home away from home. The kids room had two bunk beds which was very fun for them and the Master Bedroom was spacious and had a very comfortable king size bed. The best part was the “amenities package” (not sure the actual name) which gave us access to the beach chair reservation, access to the clubhouse with pool and gym, and the ability to reserve tee times at the private golf course. If you are a golfer you will love the Palmer and Nicklaus courses! They each have spectacular ocean side holes and are absolutely beautiful!We will definitely rent this condo again for our next trip to Cape Charles!
