En ny notering til lejemarkedet. Vi har renoveret hjemmet for at sætte det op for gæster at nyde Cape Charles og VA Eastern Shore. Hjemmet er fuldt udstyret med alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet, herunder et veludstyret køkken til al madlavning, nye madrasser og sengetøj til afslappende nats søvn, smarte tv'er for at få adgang til alle dine streaming indhold behov. For strandgæster og vandentusiaster er vores hjem komplet med en stand up paddle board (SUP), to børne kajakker sammen med strand legetøj, strandstole, paraplyer, og både en strand vogn og vogn til at hjælpe med at transportere alt til stranden. Vi inviterer dig til at blive i vores hjem og nyde alt hvad Cape Charles har at tilbyde.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing is accurate and the property owners are great. We had a few minor issues while there but the owners were very quick to respond. We plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to anybody looking to visit Cape Charles.

Great place! Owner was awesome with communication before, during and after the stay, and the house was just as pictured/described online :) The perfect family-friendly spot where we could walk back and forth to downtown and the beach. Highly recommend!

Cape Charles Awww Shucks

This location is great close to the beach, restaurants, parks and activities.I was not pleased with the cleanliness or condition of the furniture in the living area (stained and worn upholstery).The kitchen was not well equipped and the larger pans and appliances were in poor condition (crockpot had dried food stains). No ice maker in the freezer or ice trays to make our own.TV was only available if one has his own streaming plan, not even local channels.There were no wash clothes, but plenty of towels and beach towels.The spigot on the side of the home with a garden hose attached was not functional so nowhere to rinse feet after the beach.This rental has great potential, but really needs some TLC. Would not book again.

Wonderful stay

We were in town to celebrate my sister’s 70th bday and see a concert. It was a perfect lo cation and so cozy. We spent a lot of time on front porch and enjoyed apps on back deck. Everything was great.

Suggestions to improve a great house

The renovation was well done. A suggestion is to provide a gas grill. One of the burners on the electric range did not fit the pan and the overhead fan in the MBR did not work. All of these were minor except for one which was that the disposer was left clogged by the previous guest which we cleaned the P trap and the storage below the sink. You could possibly call the attention to adequately flush the disposer to have it function as it was designed.

Great family getaway

The house was very cute and comfortable! Even better than the pictures showed. We had two families with small children and we were very comfortable. Good proximity to the beach and the park with a nice playground!

Great house!

This was our sixth stay in Cape Charles, we’ve hopped all over town during those stays and this was my favorite house! Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, which I find to be an added comfort. Close enough to walk to the beach. House is nicely stocked and the paddle board was a fun bonus!

Our first visit to Cape Charles was delightful. The small beach town was quiet and filled with the friendliest people. The property was bright and open with comfortable beds. Quick walk to the beach and Main Street.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Cape Charles!

My family and I just returned from an unforgettable stay at beautiful Cape Charles, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and charm of this property and the town. The house is perfectly situated, just a short stroll from the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our vacation. Cape Charles itself is a hidden gem with its quaint shops, delicious eateries, great coffee, and picturesque views. Brown Dog Ice Cream is a must-stop! This beach house truly felt like a home away from home. The spacious living area was perfect for our family to gather and relax. The house was stocked with all the essentials and more. We appreciated the comfortable beds. Our hosts were exceptional, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. This beach house exceeded all our expectations.

Fishing Trip

Took customers on a fishing trip - awesome house, awesome location. I have been going down to CC VA for approx 10+ years and this was one of the nicest/ most unique places I have stayed. The only real negative (if this even counts) is the keyless remote ( although very convenient ) was very temperamental. Didn't work in direct sun / couldn't see it. Recommend taking actual key with you.

Perfect family friendly getaway

We've stayed at this wonderful home several times now and there are several reasons we keep coming back! The property is kept updated and tidy. The amenities are fantastic especially having 3 children ages 5-8! We came with another couple and their children. There was just enough room for all of us to be comfortable in the house. The kids love the toys and all the beach stuff in the shed! The hosts are also fantastic! They are so great to work with and are very communicative. We were given the opportunity to check in early and were so very thankful to have that extra time. We can't wait until our next stay here!

Great Home Away From Home

The house was perfectly located within walking distance from both the main street, beach and local park. House was well appointed with kitchen, toys, etc. - exactly as described. Super host was in contact immediately when we need a toilet seat fixed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great family retreat!

Me and my 4 and 2 year old had a quiet, comfortable stay in the house. The house set up is excellent for kids, and could easily host two families (the other family we were supposed to travel with couldn’t come last minute) with plenty of room to spread out. I didn’t need any toys or books for my kids since they played with the ones they found. The beds were comfortable, location was a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach and playground, and the host had everything we needed to cook at the house if we chose to. Jen was very responsive to any questions I had during our stay. We hope to visit again!

Always a great time!

This was our second time staying here. This time it was 2 families for a total of 4 adults and 3 children. We had a great time and so did the children. Our weather wasn't good for going to the beach but thanks to the shed full of things the kids had a great time scootering around! This is the most family friendly and accommodating vacation home we've ever stayed in and we will be going back! Hopefully sooner this time!

Family friendly

Perfect rental for a family! Our kids loved the youth kayaks and all of the toys/books available. We would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Great House

Great little house perfect for our family of four with empty beds/rooms to spare. Also great location, we were able to walk or golf cart to where we needed the entire visit. Also, the air conditioning in the house work’s wonderfully. We had issues getting into the house with the code but Jennifer was great helping us out when we called. For unknown reasons either me, husband or son could get in with the code the entire stay but my daughter had no issues with it. Only 2 issues, the kitchen countertops were not clean when we arrived, beverage spills, food and crumbs however only took a few minutes to clean up. Also, the main floor bathroom toilet was broken, not clogged and useable but continuously running water. Overall great house, we would stay there again & recommend to others

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay in Cape Charles this year. We have visited here numerous times and stayed at several different properties. We've stayed in nicer homes and we've stayed in much worse. One thing to understand is most of the homes the Cape Charles Historic district are older homes that have been renovated, for the most part. This home was very nicely decorated and very comfortable inside. The beds were comfortable. The interior was clean. The kitchen is small and lacking storage- as is common with homes in the historic district. A lot of the lights are controlled with remote controls, which is a first we've seen in a rental property. This is not a good thing when you have young kids who like to hide things, lol. There are also what I am guessing to be "smart bulbs" in some of the fixtures, as the dining area lights blinked constantly and we had no idea how to stop them from blinking. There are PLENTY of kids games and toys in the house. If you're bringing kids, you probably don't need to pack any toys. The outside of the house is very neatly kept. There is a foot wash on the side that was nice when coming in from the beach. The shed in the back is well stocked with beach toys, bikes, kayaks, chairs and a nice beach umbrella. The location is perfect. It is only 3 blocks to the beach and only a few blocks to the shops on Mason Ave. Jennifer was a very accommodating and responsive host. We addressed all of small concerns with her and she has stated she will address them.
