This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your stay at the beach.

Large kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertop, spacious living room and two balconies for you and your family to relax. Enjoy your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. Located on the 14th floor, this lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable family vacation. This resort has many amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas and fitness room. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This beautiful condo can comfortably accommodate six people for a very enjoyable vacation. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants and many attractions.

The unit was located in a great location to view the beach and sunrise. It was easy access to the beach! The unit was clean and as pictured. Communication with the property owner was very easy and they were very responsive

Great Ocean Front Condo

Shelley and Jeff were great hosts and extremely responsive during our stay. The ocean front condo we stayed in was perfect and had everything we needed. It was literally steps from the beach. Each bedroom had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was so nice enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and a new day begin. Parking was effortless as we were able to park in the covered parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Property managers very communicative and understanding

The place wasn't what we expected but the property managers were very understanding and allowed us to check out early as we were able to secure another place.

Beautiful location

Two bedroom, two bath, two balconies, two pools!! It was perfect for our family group! Great view and location. It is a quick Uber to so many places and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The building was quiet at night, which we appreciated.

Overall experience was great. The short walk to the beach was amazing and the views were fantastic. My family and I had a blast and no issues during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed this property.

I would definitely consider staying here again

We were very pleased with the location and size of the property, it felt like a 2nd home. We do wish it was a little more cleaner. The floors needed a good cleaning, it left the bottom of our feet/socks almost black but other than that everything was great and we had everything we needed.

Stay was perfect Condo was very nice.grandson tv in the bedroom wasn’t working and Jeff came right over and a new Tv was installed that night Very convenient to all areas Pool could be larger or add another for all the guest that stay there I have nothing but good things to say I would definitely rent again We had a lovely family vacation The condo was perfect , beautiful view and also great weather

Awesome Condo

The condo is very clean and decorated nicely. The view of the beach is gorgeous. You have the beach, swimming pool and 4 hot tubs and mini arcade. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you need. The owners answered all questions very quickly. I will be staying here again! I highly recommend.

Property needs maintenance, broken blinds, smell of mold & mildew in entire complex. Unit set to 70 degrees, not adjustable. Space heaters provided....not good. Drug deals in neighborhood. Not a safe area to even walk about.

Awesome Condo/Awesome Staff

My overall thoughts of the condo exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean, great location, and had everything we needed for our stay. During our stay, the water was turned off due to a water leak in the building. As soon as I contacted Shelley, she immediately began working on a resolution. Shelley made sure we had access to water until the leak was fixed which took about a day to resolve. My best friend and I take a trip every year. This condo is definitely on our list to revisit in the near future. Thanks Shelley for everything!

Disappointed

We were looking forward to our family vacation and found this unit. The pics looked amazing. When we arrived I noticed that the unit was not as nice as the online pics. I pulled the sheets back and was so upset to find the mattress covers looked like they had urine all over them and hair. The bed in the second bed room was the same. The mattress in second bedroom has a VERY large dip! Jeff was quick to responded the the linens but never responded to the mattress after i mentioned it to him 3 times! There were no batteries in the remotes. The hot tubs stayed brown in color during our stay and the pool on the hot tub was also dirty. The sauna and steam room have been out of service (per the front desk) for months. We had to plug all the lamps in. SO why pay the cleaning fee if the cleaners are not checking these things. I managed VRBO units in Hawaii and we ALWAYS checked behind the cleaners before our guest arrive.

Best thing about this condo was the view. Very dated, might have a new counter top in the kitchen but the rest of it is a typical old condo in Myrtle Beach. Spas looked great but weather did not allow that experience.

Great stay at Myrtle Beach. There was one small issue with the unit and the property managers made that right immediately. Great responsiveness. The building and the unit are older, but they have done a great job keeping the unit updated. The only negative I had was the spare bed room bed was not very comfortable.
