Serenity awaits you at this cozy 1100 sq. ft. home on South Forest Beach Drive at the Seascape Villas. Private beach access is just across the street, and in a 5-minute walk, your feet will hit the sand. Plus, there are six beach chairs and a beach cart that are provided as a bonus. Enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront cabana (restrooms) - so no need for anyone to leave the beach. When you're done for the day the cabana also has a foot wash.

Take a dip at one of two saltwater pools or relax and enjoy the picturesque view of the lagoon from the deck, which includes a patio umbrella and seating.

Watch your favorite TV shows in the living room. The property features free WiFi and cable. Guests will also have access to a desk workspace with a monitor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably, including a dishwasher and disposal. The dining table offers seating, in addition to the kitchen bar.

Seascape Villas also connects seamlessly to Hilton Head’s bike paths and walkways. You’re conveniently located near Coligny Beach Plaza (0.7 miles) and its numerous restaurants and shops. Golfers will appreciate the Villa's proximity to the island's many golf courses. In addition, Hilton Head’s newest park (Low Country Celebration Park) is also within walking distance.

There are two outdoor saltwater pools (unheated and open seasonally from February - October).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful stay! 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pool. Beach chairs, toys and towels are provided. 5 min drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. The unit was spacious enough for our family of five to spend time together and spread out. Both bathrooms are upstairs, which was a little annoying, but worth the option of two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed watching turtles and cranes in the lagoon.

The condo itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. The deck overlooking the lagoon was a bit small so we were not able to have dinner outside but we were able to sit two outside together comfortably. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have already there. Although I will say the chairs are somewhat small. That’s just a personal preference. The walk to the beach was fine. It took us a trip or two to figure out the correct path but we eventually got it. And having the cabana was very nice for the kids. Beautiful beach as always. The pools were very nice as well. It was a little confusing at first on how to find the pools (and the quickest route to them). The condo is near everything. It’s a great location.

The property was great. An intimate setting, with a cozy upstairs that provided the sound of the pond fountain at night with a very nice ceiling fan. Everything is walkable.

Great experience!

A gem! Great price and great location! It took us 6 minutes to walk to the beach with all of our stuff and about 15 mins to walk to Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs were on their last leg, but everything else was exactly as described! We will definitely be back!

As Described, Had a Great Stay

We panicked upon arrival. Got the paperwork from the lockbox just fine, but when we got to the condo we had trouble finding it due to all the construction. They are redoing the exteriors at the moment, and they happened to be working directly on this condo. We did find it though, and were relieved to see that the interior was in very clean and just as described and pictured. There was no noise from the construction (they were doing plaster work it looked like) so that wasn't an issue in the end, though it was a bit of a surprise. The walk to the beach was easy! The beach cart provided was very helpful! The flooring to the kitchen is uneven and literally everyone tripped over it. Repeatedly. One room has a queen and two twins...this is technically true. But one twin is pulled out from beneath another. Our kids were very comfortable though. They left plenty of linens (yay clean towels!) for our family. I can't attest to their pillows as we brought our own, but the beds were comfortable. To be helpful to future guests, here are some things that are and aren't in the condo that might not have been mentioned in the description: Included: some tupperware (we always have leftovers to eat later in our stay so this was super helpful), skillets and pots, utensils, wine opener, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, a crockpot and a blender, toaster, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach cart, a few sand toys, pods for laundry, and for dishwasher Not there so bring it if you need it: coffee filters (we did leave our pack!), they do give you small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and some bars of Dove soap but we needed more than that so we brought our own. This really was a great place to stay for our family of 5. I highly recommend. Our 3 kids (15, 13, 8) loved the balcony with the turtles and I loved hearing the fountain as I fell asleep at night.

Great location!!

I love the whole lay out it was enough space for everyone I even liked the water when you step outside on the balcony. Just was upset about the parking because my stepdaughter had came and stay and it wasn’t no additional parking for guests but besides that everything was great I will be booking again.

The bathrooms are so small that you can barely turn around in either one. Pools are also big heated. But reasonably clean and great location.

Great spot for quick trip to HHI!

House was extremely clean when we arrived and was the perfect size for me and 3 girl friends. Has a nice deck to sit out on that overlooks lagoon in the back. It was in a great location to walk to the beach as well as a handful of stores/ restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

A little home away from home

We had a great time vacationing here with our little guy (almost 4). The location was great and there was a lot for us to do within walking distance. The condo was very clean, warm and welcoming with a variety of games which was great for downtime. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The property manager was great checking in/out was easy. We are hoping to come down again!

Nice Unit in Good Location

Townhouse was adequate for our stay. Surprised that only two 1oz shampoo & conditioner were provided; no body lotion or hand soap. Note to next: bring your own. Beds comfortable but pillows could have been better. Nice selection of beach accessories. Kitchen was very nice but ice machine did not work. Overall very nice for the price.

Good condo, tons of walking

Thank you for sharing your condo with my family. It should be noted that walking to the beach is quite a trek especially with chairs, bags, coolers. Bc of location there is not an option to drive. Then the condo is full of stairs and all bathrooms are up. If you are traveling with older people be aware of this.
