This is a 1 bedroom 2 full bath 4th floor unit sleeping 6 comfortably with a queen pull out sofa, a set of twin bunks and queen in the bedroom. located at Majestic Beach Resort. Decorated with a coastal vibe to get you in the mood for the beach, Majestic View has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals to enjoy with family and friends while basking in the beauty of the emerald gulf waters and pristine white sand beach! Sit on the balcony and enjoy listening to the waves crashing on the shore.

Majestic Beach Towers amenities include: 2 indoor heated pools, 2 outdoor adult pools, 2 children pools, 3 hot tubs, a pool side movie theater (On site movies every Tuesday afternoon and Friday evening), tennis courts, state of the arts fitness center with every type of equipment and free weights you could ever want plus a men and women separate sauna and hot steam located in each locker room. Tower 2 has a video arcade in the lobby. Security located on property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked with everything needed for the kitchen. Loved the free add-ons included with booking. Easy to work with. I loved it so much I decided to stay an extra night and that process was super easy. Will def stay here again.

Great stay!

This condo is in a great location with quick access to pools and beach. The included beach service is very convient and a great value. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Fabulous Condo

Great stay! Condo was clean and well supplied. Beds were comfy and our seven year old loved the bunk beds. Balcony has a great view and the chairs are nice. Pools at the condo are also great for red flag days when it’s not safe to swim in the ocean.

Family vacation

This condo has everything you need to have a great vacation! We really liked the gated parking garage and 24/7 security. The beach chairs being included and all of the amenities at the majestic were added bonuses! We will definitely stay here again!

Great little condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this great, beach front condo. It was clean and well stocked. The area of PCB is loud and crowded, and you can definitely hear a lot of sirens/radios/street noise from the bedroom. We turned on the white-noise app and it was better. The indoor pool was a big plus, as were the beach chairs. Overall, we had a really good stay. I would recommend this property.

Beach Trip 2024

It was centrally located and a short distance to sand and ocean which was great. I would like to say however that I think a chain lock or deadbolt on front door would be nice. Also maybe a TV on wall where the bunk beds are. The sink stopper was missing and stopper in master bathroom wouldn’t stay up to drain water but overall I would definitely stay there again.

Condo perfect for our little family

This property was exactly has listed!! Cute & clean. I will say you can hear the road noise at night. Although it did not bother me, my husband and daughter had a hard time sleeping. Also, please make sure you close the front door to make sure it is closed. I noticed the door doesn't shut all the way by it self. All in all, it was a great stay and never had any issues. We will be back!

Served its purpose

The room itself was nice. The bed comfortable. The room was not esthetically pleasing. The table on the deck was rusty and repulsive. When I go to the beach I enjoy making breakfast and eating it on the deck. Not once we're we able to sit on the deck and enjoy an adult beverage. In a nutshell my wife and I believe the unit is managed so cheaply it shows throughout the unit. There was a coffee pot and no coffee filters. No dish soap provided, 1 kitchen towel. 2 moist toweletts were provided though. What the heck do I do with 2 moist towlettes.i could go on.

MOSTLY GOOD

Impression is Good, a Little outdated. Needs a lot TLC, a lot of rust and paint chipping, Tv in Bedroom Didn't work, I called maintence they came to fix it they said but still didn't work when returning to the room. The elevators was So Slow. we used the steps a lot luckily only on the 4th floor. Our Dryer Completly sucked.. Had to Dry each load 3x on 90min. Ridiculous. The Pool was closed inside our whole visit. The Bar and Food was amazing and the Beach Staff and location was great. Overall was a good Trip Just the small things!

Too short

This is a well decorated unit. You can tell it is old but was comfortable. Very noisy for sleeping (bring ear plugs) glad i did. Road noise and next door condo both extremely loud but i found if you close the bedroom door, it blocks some of the noise. Most everything thing ypu need if u want to cook, even an air fryer and they furnished salt and pepper,,no other spices so if u plan to cook, bring some. Hair dryers and everything you get in a nice motel in bathrooms. Nice view and 4th floor was perfect. Tower 1 was hard for me to find. I wandeted around for a good vit before i asked some other people as i didnt realize there wete 2 towers and you actually walj into Tower 2 when you come from parking garage.

Rowdy

Very loud and rowdy location. Our first morning waking up, there was literally a guy walking down the hall at first light screaming “welcome to hell”.. the cabinet that they used as an entertainment center was propped up against the wall with the back legs broken, in the tiniest bedroom with the most uncomfortable bed and it held up this old, barely functioning TV that didn’t come with a working remote, that maintenance never showed up to fix… the view was beautiful and four star condos was very friendly and responsive, unlike their maintenance team that never showed up… but the kitchen was full of dirty dishes, such as the blender that was very nasty and the mother desperately needed to have been wiped down. There were good things about the place, but I’ll never be back there to spend most of my afternoon waiting for one of the two elevators

We are sorry to hear there was some rowdy guests staying at Majestic. We rarely receive reports like this at the Majestic Resort so it is surprising to hear. I am also surprised to hear that we did not send someone down regarding the TV issue as we pride ourselves on responding to guest reports. We will look into what happened but probably a maintenance call that feel thru the cracks. We ask guests to report any cleaning issues and maintenance issues but the only think our records show that you reported was the TV issue. If we receive reports of cleaning issues, we have the cleaners go back down to the condo. Thank you for the positive report about our Four Star Team and best of luck in future travels.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st got there sat afternoon. Sunday morning a man walks in out room with out us knowing we was sleep and my daughter heard him. He said he was there to fix the toilet and No one was supposed to be there. He don't fix the toilet it ran the hole time. You could not sleep in the bunk beds it was so loud. The condo was outdata and was not every clean. RUST AROUND THE Toilet, baseboard was bubbled up like they had been standing in water. Would not rent again. My daughter rented one down the hall that was very good.

This wonderful beachfront condo that comes with complimentary beach service typically receives solid reviews so we were surprised to see this one especially as we show no maintenance request calls from you. It is very strange that we have no reports of anyone from your group contacting our office to report a very loud running toilet. In fact, our records show that you never contacted our office. We request guest contact our office via telephone with any issues during a stay and yet you did not contact us. We also do not have any maintenance orders for our team to come to your condo during or after your stay to fix a running toilet. As far as someone coming into your condo unannounced, we can only guess that it was someone from the Majestic Resort but they certainly don't to to condos to fix running toilets. So this is a mystery. Our maintenance staff is always provided a guest phone number to contact guest and announce their maintenance call. We never interrupt guest stays without a notice to the guest but we did not send anyone over. As far as the other issues, we also did not receive any calls from from anyone in your party regarding these cosmetic issues. In fact, we have a guest in the condo now and they have reported no toilet issue so we are so confused. That being said, next time be sure to contact the property manager about issues as directed and best of luck in future stays.
