The fire pit with seating for eight is perfect for nighttime gatherings under the stars, while two types of grills and an outdoor dining area on the first-floor beachside deck make meals an experience. An outdoor shower and private path to the beach ensure that sand and sea are never out of reach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a dog or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
