Get ready to relax at this unique and tranquil beach getaway! Seven C’s is a gorgeous four-story oceanfront villa with a rooftop entertainment area. With the heated pool, private beach with firepit, and quick walk to the village shops and restaurants, you won't want to leave this slice of paradise! We pride ourselves on Five Star quality, ensuring you will have an amazing stay!

Let’s take a walk through your island oasis! The first floor consists of an entry way with the elevator to take you to the inside floors and a stairway that goes all the way to the rooftop. Straight ahead you will find doors to lead you to the covered and gated pool area which has an outdoor shower and access to the private beach. The second floor has a cute half bath next to the elevator and moves on to the living room. The open floor concept takes you into the dining area accompanied by a quaint sitting area backed by the spacious full kitchen. The large ocean facing deck has a dining area and stairs leading down to the beach. The third floor has the laundry room and two king bedrooms, both with ensuites. The fourth floor has a bedroom with two twin triple bunk beds with ensuite and the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, coffee bar with refrigerator, and personal porch. The rooftop features a grill, prep sink, refrigerator, and a dining spot adorned with enchanting string lights, perfect for savoring sunsets to the soundtrack of the sea. Your island adventure is waiting!

*If you would like the pool to be heated, there is a onetime $100 fee that can be selected while booking or added on at a later date.

**The villa is equipped with a ring doorbell camera system at the front door. All doorbell rings will be sent to your hosts' phone and will not ring inside.

Absolutely fell in love with this property! Perfect beach getaway with everything you need. House was very clean and well stocked. Location was great; restaurants, shops… etc, just a few minutes to walk to. Our family loved the rooftop and main deck for dinners and we enjoyed the fire pit several nights. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Absolutely LOVE this property!!! I’ve stayed here 3 times now and it never disappoints. Melissa and Lori are exceptional hosts and were quick to respond to inquiries and provided an easy check in and check out experience. The location of this home can’t be beat. Walk to downtown shopping and restaurants and the beach is only a few steps away! The inside is spotless and there is plenty of room for multiple families and kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a week stay. Loved having two washers/dryers. Made laundry simple and quick! All of the beds are comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax under shade or when a bit of rain came through. Can’t wait to go back for my 4th stay!

Loved the beach house!

The house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed being so close to the water. We enjoyed watching dolphins, ships, pelicans diving into the water, and fishermen catching sharks and stingrays from the many decks and balconies. The kitchen was spacious with nice dishes and appliances. We'd love to stay again in the future!

Amazing Home- Perfect Family Vacation

Wow. We will be staying here again. We booked this trip for a family spring break- three couples and three kids- and had the best time. The location is unbeatable- directly in the beach with stunning views. Walking distance to the lighthouse and downtown. The property itself is perfect- private pool, multiple decks, up scale furniture and well appointed. Every attention to detail was made, initial amenities stocked for check in, responsive owners- even a mini fridge in the owners suite for sunrise coffee and sunset wine! I cannot speak more highly about the property and vacation. 10 out of 10 stars, we will be back.

2nd stay still amazing!

This was our 2nd stay here. Just as amazing as our first trip. Walking distant to lighthouse, pier and restaurants. Spent most of our time on beach. We saw dolphins container ships and sunrise and sunset daily. Perfect location in St. Simon.

Extraordinary location.

The property is beautiful and the location is extraordinary. Private access to the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. The heated pool and fire pit were over the top additions to this perfect vacation. Our only issue was we were coming with 8 adults and the original listing had 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom. Without notice the twins were changed to 2 triple bunk beds before our stay which is not a comfortable choice for adults. This would certainly work for children except that the beds vibrated when the HVAC units kicked on. This bedroom issue was the only hiccup in what turned out to be a wonderful stay.

18th year of girl friends get together

The property was very nice. The location perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to restraunts, shops, light house and park. There were 4 of us ages 57 to 72. We had a very nice time. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as organized. The only reason for one less star on the property is the pool heater was not working and it took a couple of days for that to be fixed, and there were water stains in both bedrooms upstairs on the ceiling from leakage that they were in the process of getting repaired but had not had a chance yet do to reservations.

Higher price, lower quality.

Third stay at this house, likely our last. Although the rental fee has gone up, the quality of the house and amenities have gone down considerably. Although best location on the island, going into the VRBO umbrella has cheapened the experience. House easily sleeps 8 people, we were there for a week. Only one dish towel provided, no bar soap, nor shampoo were provided, no pump soap for the showers. Kitchen oven was a mess, long past replacement. Large stain on the 4th floor master bedroom fitted sheet, windows were filthy, house starting to look very tired. At this price range, I expected more.

The perfect spot

This house was awesome for our 3 generational family vacation. It is as beautiful and well-appointed as the pictures depicted. We loved watching the porpoises from the multiple decks and the direct access to the beach. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops was wonderful. We also enjoyed learning a bit of local history through visits to the lighthouse, the WWII Homefront museum and a visit to Jekyll Island. We will come back to this house next year, it is the perfect spot.

What a wonderful vacation!

We are three couple who vacation together every year. We’ve been to many areas in the Southeast - always near the water and with golf nearby. Seven C’s was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. We loved it so much, we have booked again for next year! The hosts were very responsive and the house was gorgeous. The setting is amazing and we took advantage of being so close to the Pier Village. Highly recommend Seven C’s!

Great house - Great location

This home had everything we wanted for our multi-generational family (with two younger children) beach vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with newer appliances. Plenty of seating in the main indoor areas. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and an attached bathroom. Lori, the host and property manager, Melissa communicated promptly anytime we had questions. Lori even brought over long skewers so the grandkids could roast marshmallows on the Solo firepit for smores. Pool is on the smaller side but it is covered and heated which was great when the weather wasn’t cooperating. And the location can’t be beat. Right on the beach – at high tide, the water is right up to the deck steps and low tide leaves a large beach, great for sea shelling. The three king suites have access to outdoor decks. Plus, the rooftop deck gave everyone space to spread out and enjoy the views. We watched the container ships, dolphins and birds constantly on the water way. The house is in walking distance to lighthouse, pier, many restaurants and shopping. Overall, a great VRBO property.

Perfect getaway

This home was amazing. Right on the beach with the incoming tide lapping at the steps to the outgoing tide, leaving huge beach expanses. This home had everything we wanted for our family with two younger children. We could walk to town and to the lighthouse. The home was spotless the pool was perfect. The ensuite bathrooms are great. Anytime, we had an issue or question the host responded immediately. We will definitely return here on our next visit.

Outstanding stay right on beach

Lori was excellent in assisting us with coordination of food delivery. Upon arrival lori made sure we were all set with everything we needed and recommendations for activities and restaurants. House was immaculate and provided everything we needed for flawless vacation. House is right on beach and we saw dolphins almost every day we were there. House was in walking distance to lighthouse, pier, restaurants and shopping. We definitely will be back. Thank you.
