Super clean and beautiful, the walking distance beach is mostly rocks so we used sea access closer to town

Loved the property, particularly the proximity to the Lodge at Sea Island. We were there to golf and could walk to the course.

We had the best stay! The house was spotlessly clean, in a great location, and absolutely perfect for our group of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing girls’ weekend.The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive, especially with recommendations for restaurants and things to do around St. Simons. We even had a small leak during our stay, and their maintenance technician was onsite in less than an hour and had the issue resolved quickly. We really appreciated how promptly everything was handled.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this house to anyone visiting St. Simons!

This is an absolutely great property! Beautiful home, very clean, great location to walk or bike ride anywhere in town, and just stunning neighborhood. There were six of us adults that stayed here and it was so comfortable. We all fell in love with Saint Simons Island & would certainly stay at this property again.

Beautiful home!

Loved the location of the property. Very quiet street and short walk to restaurants and shops. Home is beautiful. Beds and couches are very comfortable. Pool and outdoor furniture was nice and well maintained. Would stay here again!

Wonderful!

Our family enjoyed our 2-week stay at this beautiful home. The location was a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which was essentially a private beach with maybe a couple of families there at most. We enjoyed an easy walk to the Pier Village for ice cream and shopping. And, the backyard pool was great! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone planning a vacation to SSI!

The house is very nice, updated, light, bright and clean. Excellent location, able to walk to the village. Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway. There is some parking on the street. The house WIFI was sketchy over July 4th weekend. The router needed to be rebooted several times as internet service disconnected numerous times, but I will also add that the WIFI worked fine after the 4th weekend.The pool was small but served its purpose. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom curtains could have been thicker/darker to keep neighbors flood lights from shining in the two upstairs bedrooms at night.We would def stay there again.

Our group was elated with our stay at this property. It was a delight! Spacious surroundings, tastefully decorated, within easy walking distance of the downtown area. The three separate sleeping areas, each with their own adjoining or adjacent bathrooms was convenient and comfortable. Two living areas provided great communal opportunities. Two outside balcony areas offered more chances for casual conversation or quiet reflection. Each bedroom and living room included a huge flat-screen TV. The pool was idyllic, surrounded by vegetation for relative privacy, with a kid-friendly maximum 4-foot depth. (The management responded expeditiously to the one concern we had expressed about the pool's water level.) The kitchen was well-stocked with high-end appliances to meet all our essential cooking and serving needs. Check-in and -out were were easy processes. Overall, we loved the experience so much that we are considering making this place an annual destination.
