Beautiful, cozy, clean, and quiet. The view off the back deck was amazing. Beds were comfortable enough. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and towels available for us to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Excellent rental - everything was put together really well and felt very thoughtful. Tons of space, wonderful view out to the bay. Great place for a quiet getaway!

Thank you, Maureen. It truly is beautiful. We are a family of five and often travel here with other families, and we find it great for both "old couples" and families. We are disappointed to see our first and only 3 star rating with all the great amenities, views, location, and additonal servies we provided, including a personal grocery delivery, and daily communication we had together. Not sure what else we could have done/provided to get a 4 or 5 star review. Please contact us directly.if you have additional feedback to help us improve for future guests.

Great stay

The location was perfect, close to every where so we could see the whole area. The condo was clean and comfortable and lake views were nice. Peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the hiking and shopping.

Amazing Property

The views and the location were perfect. It was easy to get to all the areas of Door County that we wanted to see. The home was beautiful and everything that you would need was provided. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Secluded Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ellison Bay Chalet! The location is convenient to both Ellison Bay and Sister Bay. The condo is very roomy, quiet and comfortable. The water view is picturesque with lovely views of the sunrise each morning. Our daughter-in-law especially loved the nook under the stairs for knitting. The pool is also a very nice amenity.

Don’t delay...book this chalet!

This was our first trip to Door County and it was amazing! The magnificent harbor views made it hard to leave, but the wonderful location made it easy to explore all of Door County. The property owners were wonderful from the first question I asked prior to booking and have equipped the chalet with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. This is truly a little slice of heaven in Wisconsin. Thank you to AJ & Kate for sharing it with us!

Great location

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is perfect for Door County. The condo was very spacious for our family. The kids loved the pool and the place had everything you needed. You have a view of the water but it’s through the woods which is ok. It was hard to tell what the view was based on the listing pics so we didn’t know what to expect until we go there. We would come back again.

Great house and great location

The location for this property is perfect! It is very close to the main part of Sister Bay but in a very quite location with great views. The house was very nice and updated. It had everything that you would need for time away. Having access to a pool was great! Our kids loved using it when we had down time. The owners of the property were very nice and easy and quick to communicate with. Overall, just the right amount of house and great location for a trip to Door County.

Just like home

It was very relaxing. We packed things that Andrew and Kate already thought of (storage bags, games, beach towels, etc). View was awesome. Despite the fact we missed there was no ac it was very comfortable there considering it was a hot week. It really felt like home away from home. Andrew and Kate were also very accommodating knowing that I had an ill mom and our vaca might be cut short. Andrew even offered prayers for my mom. Truly great place and great hosts! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!!

July Holiday

Beautiful place to stay in July and with plenty of amenities in the area (restaurants, fishing/boating, cherry fest. etc.). A few observations, the sun comes up early and with no curtains it is very bright in the house. Also, the swimming pool was not heated. The property owner was very responsive to a few minor issues, like a gas grill that would not work.

Great place for your next get away!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ellison Bay Chalet! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The water views are stunning especially with the sunshine in the morning. It's a great location on the peninsula and we appreciated the peaceful ambiance there. Andrew and Kate were easy to communicate with and very prompt to answer questions. They were flexible and willing to work with our scheduling needs. We were so pleased to learn there is a highchair and pack n' play for use in the condo so we had less to haul with us from home. Our kids adored the reading nook under the stairs and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Our fam vacation

We love Door County for so many reasons..,lakes, food, views, and beaches! We usually prefer to stay lake side but this time we chose a condo that was quite a ways away from Sister Bay, our fav! We did not realize there was no A/C so when we arrived, it as hot! We assumed being that it’s a rental and remodeled, it would have had that, so that was a huge disappointment for our fam. We ran fans constantly to cool it down! But, the condo did have a nice view of the lake, we enjoyed the tennis courts and kids the community pool. This place did have all the household necessities though. And it was VERY private & VERY quiet. If you’re looking for a serene location this could be it.

We are happy that you enjoyed all the great ammenities, and appreciated the serene lake views. While we have ensured to update the place with all new finishes and luxury ammenties on the inside, getting A/C units, on the outside, has been a bit of a challenge with our Condo Association. Since the unit, like most homes in Door County, doesnt have ductwork for heating/AC, we would have to install outdoor units, which was just passed by our association a few months ago. We sincerely appreciate the feedback, and take note that AC would be desired in this peak summer season.

A Coastal Vibe in Door County WI

We had a wonderful time in Door County, and our stay at this coastal condo made it even better, thank you. The bright white and blue decor is so lovely. Having 3 bathrooms was great, even with just 5 people. I hope you can cut some of the trees down to keep your view of the bay, it would be sad to lose that.

Door County Water View and Quiet Comfort

We had an awesome stay. The home has drop-dead gorgeous views of Ellison Bay harbor and surrounding waters from the upstairs deck, upstairs master bedroom, downstairs living room, and downstairs deck. The home has been completely remodeled with a professional decorator's touch. It looks and feels new throughout. Having an attached two car garage is particularly convenient. Communication from the owners from start to finish was "A plus" including a helpful on-premises information binder. Amenities provided were plentiful. All in all, the owners have done a wonderful job of making this home a perfect Door County getaway. We rate it five out of five.

With 3 kids of our own, we know how important getting away and spending some quiet quality time together truly is. We welcome our guests to enjoy in this little slice of Heaven.

This is the perfect location! Secluded and quiet, overlooking breathtaking water views.. while only being a quick drive away from bustling Sister Bay. We loved that there was a pool and walking trails to the lake as well. Northbluff Condos is truly a great little hidden gem.
