Warm wood tones, natural light, and cozy coastal decor invite on this iconic tree lined street. Located just 3 blocks from the Washington Inn and other signature Cape May eats! Washington Street Mall is located just 5 short blocks away where you can shop, dine, or enjoy a cocktail in the Brown Room at Congress Hall. Looking for adventure, grab a house bike and a beach towel and head to Madison Ave Beach, less than one mile away! Sit and relax the day away or head to Grant Street beach or the Cove to catch some waves! Had enough of the beach? Grab your tennis racket and check out the Physick Estate, or call the Cape May Free ride to visit one of Cape May’s amazing winery’s. If you like to fish, you’re in the right spot with local charters or take a booze cruise on the Tiny Tiki out of South Jersey Marina! In Cape May, you can do nothing at all, but there will never be nothing to do! (This property has stairs and is not handicap accessible).

We had a great time at the fly bridge in Cape May. The property is very close to Washington Mall, places to eat and the beach. The property was very clean, check in and check out were very easy and straightforward. Towels and linens were also included and there was cable, which is sometimes hard to come by. We had a great time! Thank you!

This is a great, clean and comfortable spot. We love the fact that you can walk (or bike) pretty much anywhere. Take a left, and you are shortly to a couple of absolutely classic restaurants, C-view and the Lobster House. Both about as old school as it gets, ripped from a nostalgic past. Take a right, and you are on your way to the beaches and everything downtown Cape May has to offer. And the entire walk is past beautiful homes, old growth trees and lovely gardens. And bonus: my kid is on his high school tennis team, so it was super cool having beautiful courts right across the street. This is a great rental to fully enjoy Cape May.

We arrived about 45 minutes early and the host graciously let us in early. We were there for my daughters graduation from Coast Guard boot camp. It gave us the perfect space to spend some quality time. Great location too.

Property was what was described in VRBO listing. Only problems we had were that there was very little lighting in the Master bathroom, light bulbs missing in the hall light, mini blinds broken, sand in bed sheets upstairs(had to take off and wash before sleeping), outdoor furniture cushions were so gross you didn't want to even sit on them, there is no where to put shampoo/soap in the main tub bathroom, light switch was broken in the one bathroom.The small table outside pictured in VRBO AD was broken. Landscaping could have been trimmed back as we had to walk around the grown up plants to get to the steps. Overall it was not bad but these misses are small things and cheap fixes that could be easily taken care to make the place a little more presentable for renters renting your space. Overall not terrible but would not rent this place again.

I’m sorry you had this experience. I was unaware of some of the things you mentioned and would have taken care of them at the time of your stay had I known, but nothing was mentioned. My cleaners actually highlighted several of these after check out and all has been remedied. We did get substantial rain leading up to your trip making it difficult to keep the patio furniture in good shape. The sunbrella has all been washed. I do have a landscape company as well that maintains my home and the neighbors. There are a lot of plantings but I believe they are well taken care of. Apologies if the rains may have caused some overgrowth.

My friends and I had an amazing girls trip down in Cape May and this was the perfect space for us! It was decorated so cute, was spacious, comfortable, and a great location!

We had a lovely stay. Our only concerns were the steps that we did not know about and the heat which frustrated us. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. We were close to everything, esp the beautiful Victorian homes and shopping. We especially liked seeing the Physick Estate which was only a block away. I would recommend this condo for small families as well as small groups of friends!

I understand now and before we booked that there are 3 apartments in this one home; it was a little hard to understand that ours was all on the second floor. Once we understood, we still booked and it worked out. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the location which made it very easy to walk to the mall, the Harriet Tubman museum, the start of the trolley tours, and the ocean. Bikes were a mixture of barely useable to almost flat tires (but it was nice to have that option). Kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs. Upstairs room is definitely a challenge with the VERY low ceiling and steep access stairs. Beds comfortable. Parking on the street was great and very convenient. Access process worked well. Check-out process/instructions were very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again,

I’m Gina and my husband is Andy, we both grew up coming to the Jersey Shore and visiting Cape May. We met in college and fell in love on an off shore fishing trip! Fishing was always Andy’s passion and I never left the beach, but one day despite a treacherous journey miles off shore the ocean quieted and I fell in love, with him, and a view of the ocean I had never experienced. We own a boat and dock it at the gorgeous Cape May Marina and in January of 2022, after years of searching, we finally bought our little sliver of the island on Washington Street. If you can’t find us surfing at the COVE, or eating at The C-VIEW, we’ve gone fishing!

Cape May is the oldest shore town in the US. A fishing town that managed to marry its fresh catch with some outstanding chefs, including the only Michelin Star Chef in New Jersey. Gorgeous beaches line the coast and history abounds! Washington Street in particular is quintessential Cape May! The street is lined with colorful Victorian homes including this property which is a contributing historic structure built in the 1800’s. Washington Street is a great street to people watch, where you feel like you are part of the action without having to leave the property!
