loved the location! condo was perfect for our family, pool area so nice & bathroom at pool was a bonus! so sad we had to leave early because of the hurricane, hope all is well , miss it already!

Wonderful!

This is such a wonderful stay! Everything you need is here. Beach chairs, umbrellas, nets, floats, etc. with an easy walk to the beach! My parents are in their 80's and it's lovely at night to sit by the pool in the shade. Wal-mart is very close along with lots of food choices.

Great stay

This was a very nice condo, very roomy and plenty of for are family. It's in a good location to find stuff to do for the whole family. I would definitely recommend.

Weekend getaway

We needed to book a quick weekend getaway for a conference and this condo was perfect ! Decor was beautiful and view from balcony perfect !

Great Location

This property was a perfect option for our girls’ beach trip! The best part was spending time on the large, ocean-front balcony. The condo was very roomy, had easy beach access, and close to great restaurants in Orange Beach.

Christmas Break

Amazing views! Watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the location was great!

Wonderful 5th Birthday Celebration

We had the best family vacation celebrating our granddaughters 5th birthday..the Beach is her Happy place and it did not disappoint..she even made a new friend from Indiana to keep in touch with..the property is very well kept and clean and the condo had everything we needed and if not the store is across the street We will definitely return and I highly recommend this property

Fantastic Girls Trip

Great place to stay

The condo was great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was convenient to everything. My only complaint was the number of towels and washcloths. There were 8 of us staying there and only 6 towels and 6 washcloths. I was washing them twice a day and it was a little inconvenient scheduling showers around that.

Perfect Location

While the condo was a little worn it was very comfortable. The balcony was so comfortable with soft furniture-a chair with ottoman, couch, and a table. The living room easily worked for 6 of us. The pool and area around it was beautiful and from there you just had a short walk to the beach. Bathrooms are a little small but the bedrooms had plenty of sleeping room and the beds were comfortable. We would book it again.

Orange Beach 2024

Property management was great. The condo was clean. Balcony furniture was great but indoor furniture needs updating. Very dark and bulky. Not beachy feeling. Interior felt dark. White Caps was a nice facility.

This place is ready for a little TLC but what really upset me was that I sent a message the morning after we got there that the vertical blinds were missing so there was no privacy in the master bedroom and the sunlight came in bright and early so there was no sleeping in on my vacation. The property management messaged me at 4:15 PM on the day before we were leaving!!

Noisy (Daytime) Nightmare

***We’ve traveled crosscountry for 4months. This is the only negative review! $2k=Construction both sides of Condo 8-5 Mon-Sat Replacing roof on indoor pool in front. Cutting out cement around rebar between condo floors. Limited parking due to construction. Had to park one of our cars 15miles away! Walls vibrating to point couldn’t hear each other talking. Headaches. Dust/debris on patio. Workers on scaffolding by patio. Allergies triggered. (We’re still coughing.) Kiddie pool closed. As we were leaving, heard indoor pool/HotTub would be closed the next week. In contrast, beach was beautiful. Great to visit with Family and Friends after 3years due to Covid restrictions. Rental company said they didn’t know about construction hmm Good faith gesture refunded one night.

Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed for a week long family vacation. Positives: Balcony is wonderful- amazing views and spacious area with excellent Trex furniture: table with chairs, couch, and lounger. Spent lots of time out there. Three bedrooms- all with tons of storage space in closets, dresser and bed side table. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cookware, pots and pans making it easy to cook meals. Very spacious living and dining area. Beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. Showers have high flow of water, drain well, removable shower heads, expanded shower rod which increases the shower space. Great parking, never had any problems with finding a spot and they provide parking passes for 2 cars. Nice pool area with easy beach access. Negatives: This is a non smoking complex but someone in another room was smoking on their balcony which made it unpleasant to sit outside. Some people have no respect for well appointed rules. But this is no fault of the condo owners. Bathroom’s are small but this is to be expected since there is a 3rd bedroom. It’s a good trade off. WiFi speed slow which made it very difficult to stream movies or use it for anything else. No USB charging ports on outlets. This would be something that could very easily added to each room and make it a benefit for renters. This is our third year at Orange Beach and by far this is the best condo we have stayed in. Definitely would rent here again!
