Dette 570 kvadratmeter store 1 soveværelse, 1 badeværelses lejlighed sover fire og er ideelt beliggende i River Run Village, så du er et skridt væk fra shopping, restauranter og festligheder. Den private balkon har udsigt over Gore Mountain Range og skøjtebanen om vinteren og putt-putt golf om sommeren.

Indgangspartiet tilbyder monterede kroge og en bænk for din bekvemmelighed, mens du kommer og går hele dagen. Opholdsområdet har et fladskærms-tv ved siden af en gaspejs og en sovesofa i queensize-størrelse. Ekstra lagner og tæpper er i et skab. Uden for opholdsområdet er der adgang til den private balkon med udsigt over bjergkæden Gore og skøjtebanen om vinteren og putt-putt golf om sommeren.

I køkkenet i fuld størrelse er udstyret med alt det essentielle køkkengrej og bordservice til at lave et måltid hjemmefra. Spisesalen har komfortabelt plads til fire. Det komplette badeværelse er væk fra hovedområdet og overfor soveværelset. Den har en piedestalvask og en kombination af brusebad og er udstyret med en første levering af toiletartikler. Soveværelset har en kingsize seng og et monteret fladskærms-tv.

Great short stay for family ski trip

Great condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Great location, nice swimming pool amenities next door and right at shops and restaurants. Short walk to gondola. Only downside was that one of the elevators - the one accessing the parking garage - was out of order.

Great spot for a quick getaway

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location was in the heart of the activity. Close enough to walk to the slopes. Parking was a bonus being underground. Pool was in a different building which made for cold walks back. Place was nice and just as described in the booking.

We’ve stayed at several units in this complex and this was the cleanest and nicest for a ski condo. Unfortunately, the elevator from the garage to the lobby was broken (still!). We were at Buffalo Lodge in February and the elevator was broken at that time.

There were certain things that needed to be fixed up. For example, the porcelain on the faucet was broken, which isn’t a big deal but it did take away the aesthetic of the place.

Everything is good except they need to replace the old and stain carpet, the fabric coverage of the breakfast table chair, the damaged non-stick pan.

But someone else had access to out locker which was worrying form a security point of view. Our ski equipment could have been stolen so we had to keep it in our room. Property services and maintenance are prompt and professional. It's a great place to stay and SCMR staff are usually good at sorting out any issues / problems.

The place was clean and had everything needed for the stay. I loved the property except for one thing. The hot tub had so much chlorine it that it burnt your eyes and was almost unbearable to sit in. Taking that out of the equation, I would 100% book this again. Great location and parking. Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented through Summit County Mountain Rentals before we no complaints. This time was a bit different. Upon arrival, we leaned the elevator from the garage was out of order. This should have been brought to guest’s attention ahead of time. My husband recently had ACL surgery and hiking flights of stairs with luggage was a hassle and just unnecessary. The condo itself was nice, for the most part. The bathroom needs attention. The shower rod is absolute cracked in half and paint and pieces of dry wall were missing in numerous spots.
