Top floor, open concept studio sleeps 4 across a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen bed. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by a full kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a full refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and cooking utensils you would find at home. Guests also have a crockpot, hot water kettle, electric kettle, new pots and pans and wine glasses. The breakfast bar seats two and the dining room table has room for four.

In the living room, the guests have a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu as well as dish satellite and Blu-Ray DVD player. It is equipped with new furniture, carpet and vaulted ceilings which create a large space. The gas fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. The balcony is next to the dining table and overlooks River Run village, an ice rink with mountain and slope side views.

The dedicated Queen bed is on the far right corner from the front and the Queen sleeper can be used with ease. The guest bathroom is located near the front with a shower/tub combination, hair dryer and clothing rack.

Great property with a great view.

Nice property with good amenities, clean and convenient. The centralized building heat could be turned down as it got warm even at night with the windows open.

Great management and property! This was a short walk to the gondola. My husband and I loved out stay and would pick this place again if we came back to Keystone.

Beautiful view of snowcapped mountains outside the balcony of our unit, watched the sun set over the mountains followed later that night by venus and the moon. Short walk to variety of restaurants, outside live music, and the gondola.

Nice cozy condo in late spring

Nice clean, cozy condo to stay in during late spring. Appreciated the responsive staff who provided detergent on request when I needed to wash clothes. Also enjoyed the full kitchen, and the fireplace was great for warming up during the cool nights and mornings. Wished I had a longer stay here during my trip.

Excellent single family destination

Great studio for a single family. We took advantage of all the amenities and enjoyed a great weekends right on River Run. The pool is a cool walk/run but a lot of fun for the kids. You can get there through the parking garage. If you plan to ski/board on the day of check out you will need to either get a late check out or move your car to the river run parking lot.

I highly recommend this room and I will definitely would come back . I only hope that will be no more issues with elevator , the one to the parking wasn’t working .

Well stocked kitchen, easy checkin/out process, clean studio. Biggest downside was how uncomfortable I found the bed to be. Mattress was hard and worn towards the center making it less comfortable for 2 to sleep in.

Top floor meant tall ceilings so the space felt much more open than a lower-floor studio would have. Great view over the ice rink and walk right out into the village. I was nervous as there were no prior reviews but I was very happy with my stay here.

Cute Studio! Excellent Location!!

This condo is really great and you can't beat the location and views. It' s a perfect size for two people, but you could definitely manage with one or two small kiddos as well. Only complaint was the temp at night. The thermostat seemed to be broken but it looked like it was all the way down. We had the window open of the evening to let the warm air out (since it's top floor), but it was definitely difficult to get the temp right all throughout the night! I've stayed in other units in this building and typically haven't had this issue quite this bad. The hallways were crazy hot, so maybe it was just something with the building too. I would definitely stay here again though!

Wonderful and Lovely Space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful spot for my wife and I to enjoy the magical town of Keystone, and the beauty of central Colorado. We appreciated the uniquely easy way of being able to check-in 24 hours a day without worry whether we were "after hours." Parking was quick, easy and convenient, and the elevator whisked us from garage to 5th floor faster than any I've ever been on! Very efficient. The living space had everything we desired - super comfy bed, wonderful fireplace, great warm shower, fully stocked kitchen, and a picturesque view of the town and the mountains. Literally steps away from the cutest people-watching area you could ask for, and we spent every evening in the cool Keystone 50 degree weather in the great outdoor hot tubs (our favorite part). We will long hold the fond memories of our time at Buffalo Lodge 8418.

Ideal Location to River Run Lift and shopping square

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit. Comfortable, and well equipped. Top floor high ceilings give it nice space. Patio overlooks skating rink; Back door puts you a short walk to lifts through the shopping square with coffee, ski shops, bars and eateries. Pleasantly surprised to see it equipped with soap, shampoo, great towels but also dish soaps, plenty paper towels, coffee filters and nicely equipped kitchen even had foil and Saran wrap. (Knives need sharpening. There was no paring or boning knife) Perfect location for skiing. Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Roomy bathroom. One recommendation: Please create a laminated card with instructions on how to navigate 4 (put numbers on remotes) remotes for the TV. Buffalo Lodge is very nice and made for a very comfortable stay. Loved the underground warmed garage. Staff was responsive

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
