Hi there, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We appreciate you staying with us and understand how specific resort guidelines can impact your vacation routine.On-site policies including designated smoking zones and pool safety rules regarding glass or beverages are set and enforced directly by the resort's HOA to ensure a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment for everyone on the property. While these rules are beyond Blue Swell’s direct control as the off-site rental management team, we always want our guests to have the best possible experience. If you decide to visit the beach again, our reservations team would be delighted to help you select a property such as a single-family beach home with a private pool that offers more flexibility and better aligns with your vacation preferences. Warmly, The Blue Swell Team

My PCB experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent. The property was clean and very comfortable. We were given the wrong codes to the garage, pool. Our door was the only code that worked. We had to ask other occupants or maintenance for help. We were unable to get the TV to work. Instructions I was given didn't work. I texted twice and called and left messages twice and didn't receive a reply.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 30. aug. 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location and found the property clean and comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the access codes and the TV, as well as the difficulty reaching us when you needed assistance. That is certainly not the level of service or communication we strive to provide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have to rely on other guests or maintenance for help. We are reviewing the access information and TV instructions to ensure they are accurate and easy to follow, and we’re also addressing the communication concerns with our team so that guests receive timely assistance when they reach out. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.

True to listing. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Just wished we would have known every floor has a trash disposal point located on the ends of the floor, you have to call security for the car parking code upon arrival and lastly bring your own condiments. The view was breathtaking and centrally located to everything. Will definitely come back.

Hot tub too small for the size of the property. Beach chairs were nice to have, but not accommodating for the number ofGuest in the condo. Excellent ocean view and the condo was stock as advertised. The 2 small issues we had were rectified in a reasonable amount of time.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day we had to sit in a hot condo. It was 78 degrees and I had an elderly person with me. I called and left several message before they finally sent someone at 930 at night. It ruined the first evening. I had to wait for the air conditioner guy to show and the breakers were off. I asked the office call for some kind of compensation since it ruined our evening, they said they would call back on Thursday, they never did. The bedding was dated. I won’t stay again.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 21. jul. 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend your first evening in an uncomfortable temperature, especially while traveling with an elderly guest. We apologize for the delay in getting the issue addressed and for the lack of follow-up regarding your request for compensation. We understand that communication is an important part of the guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bedding and overall condition of the home. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams so we can continue working to improve the experience we provide our guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re sorry we were unable to provide the experience you expected during your stay.
