We just spent a week here and the location was great. The beach access is very convenient and the community pool was nice. We had everything we needed here and there were plenty of beach gear. We had an issue with the the shower draining and they were really quick to remedy the issue. The only thing I would say is this condo could use a deep clean. Check in was very smooth and the communication was great!

Great Stay

Everything was great! The only part I think needs to be done is the Main Bedroom the blinds at the window needs to be fixed!

1. Washing machine stops. during the middle of the cycle and we had to restart for rinse and spin.2. Drawer in refrigerator didn't pull out.3. A/C vents in guest rooms did not work4. Mold in guest bathroom and bedroom vents5. Sliding glass door is locked with a board and is hard to open and close.6. Shower in guest bathroom doesn't drain well and stood in water while showering7. Floors had not been mopped, our feet were very dirty if not wearing shoes.

Close beach access

This unit was so amazing. Walking distance to the beach with a private access also walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops

This condo was perfect! Family of 5 and we had more than enough room. The first floor was amazing, no stairs or elevators was such a plus. The place came equipped with plenty. Loved having the washer and dryer. We used the beach chairs that were in the rental. We tried to use the umbrella but definitely needed something to drill into the ground to hold it. We brought our own keurig for coffee because that’s what we prefer but there was a coffee maker available. The shower was hot hot and plenty of pressure. The location was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Two day miramar

Family from FL and CO stayed. Check in check out easy Close to beach and first floor walk out for 2yr old as advertised.

We loved the bottom floor room, and the location, however, the photos do not show the walkway to the beach being stairs, so when we had our wagon we had to have two people carry it down the steep stairs, since there wasn’t a ramp, but overall it was good!

Great location

The property location was convenient to the beach. The pictures were accurate however the bunkbed room was the size of a walk-in closet and the pool looked much larger in the photos. There's a convenience store next stoor and a coffee shop and gift store down the street

great place to stay

Great place to stay. Only problem I had was the ice make in the refrigerator did not work. When I called the managing company, Real Joy, about it their response was, "Do you see the ice trays in the freezer? Use them..." Not very professional at all.

Perfect location and great with 4 teens

We stayed for a week with our 2 teenage sons and they each had a friend. The set-up with the bunkbeds in the small room worked great for us. The location to the beach was excellent - close enough to walk back for the bathroom or a snack. The porch open to the courtyard area made it feel like we had a huge yard. We wished we had brought more yard games to use there. Overall, really great stay. Communication from the company was great too. Thanks!

So close to all the good stuff.

Great lil place to stay. Cozy. Only thing was its in a large condo but first floor. The company was redoing the rails so it looked like a construction site outsode other than that it was super clean and cute. We were able to walk to everything we needed including the beach and pompano joes. Coffee shops in the am right beside the building. We had lots of fun!

Perfect Location; Comfortable beds

Location is #1, literally steps from private beach. Construction was a non-issue for us. MBR is big w/ King bed. Place was awesome. Very comfortable. Dealing with management company is so-so. Place had 3 chairs & umbrella in it but Realjoy wouldn't ask owner what was there so we had to bring our own. Realjoy is a useless middleman that just adds extra fees you have to pay. Would rather rent directly from owner. That said, the location was so perfect it made up for dealing with them. Beware they charge a scam damage waiver where the annualized fee is 5 times more than the max benefit. No logical person would purchase such overpriced insurance but they make it mandatory. They also send many unnecessary emails and texts including waking me up after midnight the week before the vacation with needless reminder. They give their local realtor your email to solicit you.

Outdated, but good location

The location is great! It's a short walk from the beach and having pool access is nice. At first glance the condo is nice enough, but once we settled in it was quite obvious that it needed some updating and a better cleaning. The paint was faded and chipping throughout, the drains were clogged and slow to drain, there were crumbs and trash on the couches and by the beds, the faucets leak throughout, the ice machine gets clogged and then leaks on the ground, the blinds were missing panels and others would fall off when you opened or closed them, the couches were old and falling apart (not to mention uncomfortable) and there were little spots of blood on one of the comforters. When gathering our things to leave we had about 20 minutes before checkout when a lady from the managing company opened the door to the condo without knocking and assumed we had already left. She said that she thought we were the cleaning company, and when we mentioned that we thought we still had time she replied yes you do and left. We made the most of it and still had a good time, but I would recommend a thorough cleaning and updating!

property upgrades needed

Good location. Well equipped after property managers provided some new kitchen equipment. The floors need a good scrubbing. We had to mop them when we arrived. But they need more than that. The king bed mattress is totally worn out and needs replaced. The full bed mattresses weren't much better. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. The horizontal blinds in the 2 smaller bedrooms are not adequate to keep out the light from the walkway security lights that are on all night. Need to add blackout curtains to those windows.The main bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. The handles spin 360 degrees. So you have to guess the exact off position. The kitchen sink faucet is worn out and the hot/cold position is reversed from normal. The couch and loveseat also need to be upgraded. This unit has potential. But it is not very comfortable now. A thorough cleaning and a few upgrades will do wonders for the place.

The location is convenient, right across the road from the beach, but you have to go down a long steep staircase. It's also only a minute down the road from the public entrance, so the private entrance isn't much of a selling point. The beach at the Ciboney entrance is also full of chairs and umbrellas spanning the whole beach, that are costly to rent, and leave little space to set up your own gear right in front of the water.The place itself was relatively spacious and the layout was as described, but the floors were very dirty when we arrived with several dead spiders in the corners. Our crawling baby's knees were black with dirt by the end of the first day. There were not good supplies for keeping it clear either. A ratty broom with no dust pan, and an ancient noisy vacuum that doesn't pick up sand well.The place in general is in need of some significant repairs and upgrades. There were stains on the ceiling. A cosmetic issue, but pretty unappealing to see. Several panels of the vertical blinds in the main room were broken off, making it impossible to have privacy, which is not good when you face the lawn. The toilet seat on one toilet was broken, and it frequently wouldn't refill, requiring you to open it up and juggle the levers.Worst though was that the lock on the window in bunk room is completely broken off. That window faces the main walkway on ground, a major security issue. Wasn't comfortable letting the kids in there at night.Overall ok, but needs tlc.

Great location right across the street from private beach access. Beds are firm and the room with the twin bunk beds is TINY. The door can open but otherwise the bed fills the whole room. Unit meets basic needs but very limited supplies provided (dish soap, dw soap, tp, paper towels, etc). The host tells you this but it's bush league to be pinching pennies like that. They also wanted me to come by their office to sign paperwork, what? Then they came to unit the next day to check on us, thinking we were an underage group.
