Private Oasis surrounded by trees with hot tub, secluded pool, lighted bocce ball/ cornhole/ horseshoe court, 2 outdoor showers, top tier beach equipment and chairs for all heights and comfort, shibumi shade, large cart, cooler. Clean & cozy escape with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths + sleeper sofa. Partial Ocean views from window filled loft as your remote office or game room, strong wifi, two ice makers, filtered water, separate beverage fridge, new LVP floors, screened porch with cushioned rattan gliders, multiple porches to enjoy or relax in the shade. Kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms will provide freshly laundered white Turkish cotton bath towels and sheets, cozy blankets and quilts. Beach cabana Turkish cotton towels also provided for use. Schooner Ridge Community is uniquely complete with oceanside pool, gazebo, captains chairs/deck overlooking beach & shower/foot wash on top of the dunes, clubhouse with tennis, playground, gym, pickle ball and indoor pool! Walk to the heart of downtown for live music, local chefs & shops, a picturesque boardwalk that stretches the length of town like the sunset.

12 maximum occupancy per septic requirements inclusive of children or 10 adults. Non-smoking. No parties. No pets. No exceptions. Minimum Age Requirement for renter is 25 years old and must be on premises during rental period.

Luxurious Turkish Linens, Sheets, Bath, and Beach Cabana towels provided for person for use during stay so occupancy numbers must be exact and disclosed with rental agreement so we have everything fresh, fluffed and ready for you when you arrive!

My name is Aubrey Rees. We are a Brady bunch family of two working parents in Dental and Architecture and 4 kids who live in Wilmington, NC. I grew up coming to the Outer Banks with my family every summer as a child and to have a home here has been at the top of our bucket list. We may live in Wilmington but our heart is in Duck at our family home. We have upgraded and renovated the house for cleanliness, comfort, entertainment and memories and appreciate you caring for it the way we do and helping us make our dream a reality! We have a local property manager who lives on the Outer Banks and are the eyes and ears offer home and cleans the property weekly. They are available with any urgent concerns during your stay.

(Y)our Home is a private oasis in the best location possible.... in the heart of the town and walkable to both the quaint town of Duck and the beautiful beach & sound. The town is full of shop and incredible food an drink and live music however the speed of the experience is what we like most.....it's a like a deep breathe. Once you park, weather permitting, you don't have to get back in your car if you wish. Instacart can deliver groceries on your arrival or wishes and the small business, small town personality is welcoming and refreshing. Our community is in the center of it all and offers it's own amenities at the clubhouse. At the house we designed it for our active family to be entertained and yet also cozy to relax. The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining and cooking. The home has an open floor plan in the great room with plenty of places to sit eat or escape to the bedrooms or 1st floor den all equipped with their own smart TVs or grab a book and take a nap!

I think that's what they are :) either way they're cute), the escape of this slice of heaven on the Outer Banks protected from the busYness and away from chain restaurants and hotels and a small community you will love and want to return to year after year!
