This is a great location if you are looking for a quieter - off the beaten path location! It is just east of Deadwood about 3 miles and approx. 12 miles to Sturgis. The property has a shop and a garage with a large yard. You will see lots of wildlife and have quiet mornings and evenings to yourself.



Getting Around:

There is a lyft and also taxis in Deadwood. The home has 2 miles of unpaved road that is graded and well-maintained. It`s easy to get to.



Other Things to Note:

4-wheel drive required during winter months.

Pets not allowed.
