This place is beautiful! Best screen porch experience. Walked out the door down a sidewalk and onto the beach! Safe and clean and we loved every minute.

A Great Location

Pointe Santo is at a great location on the island with plenty of amenities for everyone. This unit on the ground floor really works well and we enjoyed our stay.

Pointe Santo D1 was awesome! The condo was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable! The host checked on us to ensure all was good! Definitely would consider D1 when we return to Sanibel in 2026!

Best family vacation ever ❤️

My family had the best vacation ever! Sanibel is a very special place, it is beautiful, safe and relaxing. Pointe Santo is the perfect location with the best beach on the island. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Great Unit/Location.

This place was great and had everything we needed. It's a good location on the island and the complex (Point Santo) is lovely. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive.

Wonderful family vacation

This was our first family vacation flying outside of South Dakota. Could not have asked for a better destination. This property was perfect for our family of 5.

Quiet, clean, family friendly

We just stayed for the first time and were so pleased with our stay. The kitchen is updated and the furnishings comfortable and well maintained. The kids loved the clubhouse and having a reserved parking space was incredibly convenient.

Very nice condo in a good location. Beautiful well kept grounds and beach. Grills available, which we used several times. Loved having lounge chairs available at the beach.

First Sanibel Stay

This condo was superb. Perfect location on the island and in the complex. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The grounds in the complex are very well maintained. We had an amazing vacation!!!!

Relaxing fun week with the ladies

The unit was clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Close to beach, pool and a short driving distance to many restaurants and attractions. Walking and bike paths, nature abound!

This condo is very well equipped and convenient to the pool and beach access.

The grandchildren loved the beach water toys and games provided. They spent some time at the clubhouse making crafts, so had a variety of entertainment all week. The condo was well furnished, clean and comfortable.

Great location

Condo was in perfect condition when we arrived. We enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffle board, which were very well maintained . The owner was very helpful, giving us directions to the condo. We also enjoyed renting bikes for the week to get around on the island.
