A fully furnished home that you can enjoy with your family and friends under one roof. Enjoy outdoor-indoor living with oversized patios. Around 20 minutes from world-famous winter resorts and hiking! Only 12 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Enjoy a 2 car garage on the bottom floor of the home for easy quick access.

This spacious townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Conveniently, 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms so getting ready is made easy! Enjoy two patios for fun outdoor entertainment. An open floor plan makes it easy to make everyone feel included when cooking dinner or just hanging out! The fireplace does not work for insurance purposes.

Great Spot!

Stayed here for graduation weekend at the U. Perfect spot, able to walk to anything. Large open home with plenty of seating for a bigger family. A great porch to drink coffee or cocktails and watch people pass by. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful, clean, spacious and modern

This is the second time staying and we will definitely be back any time we're in Salt Lake City. With each bedroom having its own bathroom, it makes traveling with a big group very easy. The rooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable. The outside seating area is a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Great host and place to stay

The host was excellent and great communications. From the booking to the stay itself, the host was very accessible and understanding. The property is also very clean and exactly as described. Great location and lots of room.

Great space!

This house was perfect for three couples with the three en suites and king size beds. Great location as well with walkability to almost everything. We went to the basketball tournament at the Delta center and were able to walk to the trax stations, walk directly to shopping and restaurants, and even walk to the Delta center if we wanted to. Would stay here again!

Pros and Cons

The house is very clean and spacious. Really pretty kitchen and refrigerator and layout and furniture in the main living spaces. Very lovely dining table and the kitchen counters are beautiful. The location is great. On the con side, the house is HOT. We picked it in part bc it advertised air conditioning, but it didn't work well. The beds are crazy soft. The kitchen is not stocked at all. Like, not even salt and pepper. And there was no kettle. We got by, but it felt like an overlooked, especially for the price point. The doors and windows and screen work poorly, and the window coverings are cheap. The water pressure is mid. The garage is very short, and will not accommodate an SUV. We had a nice time, but would have been happier to have spent less for what we got.

Roomy, comfortable and close to everything

We loved the townhouse. It's 3 levels which has pluses and minuses. Pluses: room to spread out, secondary suite on walk-in level and a great layout on main living level. Minuses: lots of stairs (although, that could also be considered a plus), top floor where 3 bedrooms can get pretty hot, might not be good for young kids, seniors or people with mobility issues. The main (2nd) level has a great kitchen, nice dining and comfortable living area. There is also a 1/2 bath and balcony. First level is entry, secondary suite, bench and room to drop shoes and bags and entrance from the garage. Third floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite is up there. The suite is wonderful with large bath, huge closet, comfortable king bed, its own balcony, ceiling fan and split unit to control the heating and cooling in the room. Be mindful that that the upstairs thermostat control is in that room and if you set the new split unit system in the room lower or higher than the thermostat for upstairs, your fellow guests may be very uncomfortable heating/cooling wise. There's a great Turkish coffee place around the corner and shopping close to the unit. The couple small issues we had Haley quickly addressed and rectified them. She was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend the townhouse.

Luxury stay in great location for groups

This is a spacious and beautiful new build in a great part of town, walkable to restaurants, etc. We rented it for several couples all attending a conference and having the three king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms made room allocation much easier! Furnishings look great, although they need to add bedside lamps and stock the kitchen with utensils useful for big-crowd eating. Lovely gathering places for evening chats.

Close to downtown!

Excellent location! Came here with business associates from around the world for a global convention and they were all impressed with the house and it’s proximity to the convention center and shops. We loved the open main spaces (kitchen, family room, dining room) and the spacious bedrooms. We will definitely go back!

Great house for large group

Our group had a great time at this house. The fact that it has a bathroom for every bedroom is a big deal for a bunch of women. I would recommend providing a front door code in addition to the garage access. You never know when technology will fail. The property manager was in good communication though.

It is a perfect location for anything downtown.

New building very well decorated and well kept , Clean and sits on less active road close to everything . This is an A plus location and set up .
