Come relax at this tranquil mountain getaway cottage located between the Great Smoky mountains and Blue Ridge mountains.

This newly renovated cottage was designed with the comfort of our family, friends, and guests in mind.

Picture yourself waking up in the morning when your body and mind are ready thanks to the comfy bedrooms that include blackout curtains and a newly installed AC/heating system. Main room has a King size bed, TV with Netflix and Disney+ and a charming bath with tub/shower next to it. Secondary room has a Queen and Twin size beds and half bathroom inside of the room. All linens are provided.

Grab your cup of coffee or tea (both are complementary!) to listen the birds singing while you watch the beautiful mountain view from the fully furnished covered deck.

The cozy cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. A washer and dryer located next to the kitchen will bring the convenience of home.

Ready to enjoy outdoor activities? There are many nearby places for hiking/sighting (Waterrock Knob Trail - 30 mins, Soco Falls Trail - 25 mins, Shining Creek Path - 40 mins, just to name a few), skiing/snowboarding or tubing (Cataloochee Ski Resort - 25 mins, Tub World - 15 mins), or kayaking or canoeing (Lake Junaluska - 20 mins). We will provide a digital guest guidebook with more nearby places to enjoy.

After long days of enjoying outdoor activities, prop your feet up and enjoy the screen HD TV in the living room while unwinding. Enjoy Netflix or simply play any of the supplied board games. Don't forget to fire up the charming wood fireplace (free tip: close the fireplace doors and enjoy how the living room turns calid orange)

If you prefer outdoor chatting, grab your cup of wine and fire up the fire pit while you keep delighting yourself with the mountain view. If you are up for grilling, you will enjoy the gas grill at the deck while you still don't miss an inch of the mountain view.

This 900 square foot cottage gives you the opportunity to enjoy your mountain getaway with the confidence of staying in a safe and clean place for the whole family.

You’ll find yourself immersed in nature. It's not unusual to find small bugs inside, especially if doors are left open. Nothing to be worry about though!

We want you to come and relax, enjoy all our space has to offer and just take in your time at the top of this beautiful mountain.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTICE:

*** NO third party bookings are allowed. The person who books the property must stay during the entire stay***

AWD or 4WD highly recommended during snow season. Paved roads get frozen.

We self-managed our property so we will be "one button" distance, if you need us.

The cabin is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Expect a one-way paved road 3 minutes before arriving to the cottage and nearby houses. While you drive around the area you may see some distressed buildings on your way to the property.

Outdoor camera monitoring 24/7 that is used for security purposes only.

Our maintenance company mows the lawn every other week so they might mow it while you are there but they won't do it before 10AM.

HOUSE RULES:
Neighborhood:
- Quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM so please be mindful
- No events, parties or large gatherings are allowed. Violation of this rule will be cause for immediate eviction.

Fireplace & Fire pit:
- While using the fireplace, be certain the damper is open before starting a fire
- Never leave a fire in the fireplace or fire pit unattended. Make sure it is completely out before going to bed or leaving the house.
- Put fireplace tools and accessories out of a young child's reach. Also, remove any lighters and matches

Grill:
- Do not move the grill to any other place
- Shut off the propane tank valve when you finish cooking

General (Violation of any of these rules will be cause for immediate eviction):
- No smoking inside or outside the property.
- No pets are allowed due to severe owner's allergy... we know... very sad :(
- The cabin's maximum capacity is 5 people at all times including outdoor area. No visits or extra guests allowed.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book (photo ID might be required upon check-in).
- If you have kids please be cautious of the deck and fireplaces.
