Immerse yourself in a stunning piece of Lake Geneva history. Sleep like a Queen (or King) in this beautifully renovated Colonial Revival built in 1876. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood steps from Main Street, this home has been tastefully refurbished while preserving as much of the timeless and nostalgic charm as possible. Just steps away from popular wedding venue, Horticultural Hall! Walking distance from shopping, wining, dining, beaching and boat rentals. Perfect for weddings, family reunions and all special gatherings!

This listing is for the entire upper level of the main house. With three bedrooms and two full baths, it can accommodate up to eight vacationers. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides two overflow sleeping spots for guests. For larger groups, consider renting both floors! (see other listing)!

*On-site parking available for two vehicles. If additional spots are needed, please inquire.
*Out of respect for other guests, please refrain from late night use of the front porch past 10 P.M.

*This unit features a wifi-enabled smart-TV (no cable).

*PLEASE NOTE There are two separate rental units in this building. We ask that guests be mindful of each other and keep late night noise at a minimum (quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) Rent entire building for larger group get togethers.

The host was excellent at communicating with us before our arrival. The house was very clean and had a lot of charm. The location is great, as it’s walkable to restaurants and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Home was very clean with lots of space. My family of five were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Location was great close to restaurants, shopping, and the lake.

Simply excellent

Stayed on the top floor unit with 2 friends. The location is absolutely perfect, just 2 short blocks from the main street. Easy to walk around to all kinds of dining and shopping. The house was immaculate! Spacious and comfy. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!

The rental was gorgeous, comfortable and spotless. We had a wonderful visit with family. The home is walking distance to the beach and downtown Lake Geneva. We would love to stay here again next time the family comes to visit.

Hi Steven! Thanks for taking the time to write a review and glad you had a nice time. Rest assured, there are two private entrances to this unit, one exterior entrance via the back of the building and one at the front. The lower unit has its own private entry/exit and does not have access to the entry at the front of the building. We unlock the lower deadbolted hallway door at the front entry vestibule to connect the two only when the entire building is rented by the same group. Hope this provides clarification and to host you again for Garycon next year!

Short Getaway

Wonderful stay in Lake Geneva. Communication with host and check-in instructions were great. Comfortable beds, roomy and super clean. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Wonderful, convenient location within walking distance to Downtown area (restaurants, shops) and the lake. Parking on the property was a blessing. Awesome stay. Would highly recommend.

Sisters weekend

My sisters and I spent the weekend in Lake Geneva, and this location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere, which made it very easy to explore. The house was spacious and beautiful, and there was extra room for a pack and play in the master as well.

Lovely Experience

Our host was incredibly responsive, the unit is updated and very cozy and inviting. We received great suggestions of restaurants, experiences and rental companies. Beds are VERY comfortable. Walking distance to everything without the nose of being downtown. Highly recommend!

Delightful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property! Location was only a few blocks walk to the lake. It was light, bright, sparkling clean, and lived up to the photographs. Girls Trip

My besties booked a 3 night stay in the adorable White House. The location, layout of the upper level, front porch was wonderful. We loved getting ready in the dressing room. Champagne on the porch, walks around town, shopping, great restaurants made our trip very special. We will be back.

Lovely and spacious

Perfect for a girl's weekend. The place was lovely and the rooms were big. We walked to almost everything because it's so close to the lake, shops and restaurants. There is a wedding venue next door and they had a rowdy crowd on Saturday night that we could hear but other than that it was great. The other night's were peaceful.

Girls trip

Very nice place, close to Main Street. Only disadvantage was that it was quite noisy especially at night ( there was a wedding reception happening next door to the house). Other suggestions would be to add some things to the kitchen; cutting board, oven mitts, dish towels, sharper knives.

Glad you had a nice stay! This unit is in the downtown district and some noise is always possible. Wedding receptions must end by 11 per city ordinance. Sometimes cutting boards and knives travel to the other unit when the two are rented together. Thank you for letting us know and will make sure to add those supplies :)

Girls Weekend

All of us really liked the location, cleanliness, and the layout of this darling flat. We enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable seating area as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat. 2 very minor complaints that will not decrease my 5 star review. The queen mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the rug just inside the door has a flipped up corner. It’s definitely a tripping hazard.

We loved the accommodations and it was clean and comfortable. We do want to report that the shower with the tub did not work. It was not ideal to have only one shower for 5 women, but we made do. The kitchen lacked a few items that are rather essential. There are no hot pads or kitchen towels. And a set of tongs would have been helpful. Also,

It is just a lever that needed to be switched to allow water out of the shower head versus the faucet. We do include kitchen towels, if one perhaps was missed we would have dropped more off immediately. We truly care about our guests experience and are available 24/7 to assist. Great location to downtown

Let me start by saying that the location of this property is GREAT! Literally a few steps from downtown. The place was clean and spacious. A few things to consider. Yes, the description is for the entire second floor. However, please note that the second floor is accessible to anyone renting the 1st floor bc there is no door that keeps the second floor completely private. The staircase you see in the photos leading from the front door to the second floor does just that. There is no door at the top of the stairs. There is a door that leads out to the back. I just wish I would have known that before I booked. Although I lived to write this review, just be aware. I would also suggest adding additional blankets for guests. Overall the stay was good for 2 nights. Would definitely consider booking again, but this time it would be for the whole house.

Guests in the lower DO NOT have access to the upper level unit or the font entry.
