Totally relaxed!

This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt so at home. I loved the property and the pools.

Sweet Magnolia condo at Miramar Beach FL

The condo was clean and well appointed. Beach access was close and on property parking. Everything we needed was close by in Miramar, without the traffic and over abundance of people in Destin. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

First time in Destin

Our first time in Destin was incredible and it started the moment we walked into this condo. Everything was as advertised, super convenient, clean and most of all RELAXING! We will be back for sure and would recommend this listing to anyone of our traveling friends. Thanks for being a great host and for letting us create amazing memories!

Clean and ample space!

My partner and I enjoyed our mini vacay here. The beach was a short walk away. If you mind the walk I would recommend parking in the community beach parking. The unit was clean, smelled good upon entry. Everything was up to par. Thank you to the host.

Weekend getaway

This is a beautiful condo and we had everything we needed there. There were some dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived so I just added the ones we used. I put a capsule in and tried to start it, but I’m not sure it worked.

Will not rent with RealJoy again

This property was great, the unit was decorated beautifully, they had everything we needed and the property was quite. My issue was with the rental management- they would not allow us to check in early even though i looked and the unit was vacant the 4 days before. Our flight got in at noon and was told that if we showed up before 4pm we would be charged $400. There was no place to drop baggage either. They also outright lied about being able to rent a golf cart for this property. I have been to this area over a dozen times and i have never been turned down to check in early if available. I would stay away from RealJoy - they are not accommodating.

While the unit was not occupied, new appliances were being installed and it was not ready for guests. The HOA rules that we have for this property regarding golf carts are that outside golf carts are not allowed within this community. We are glad that you had everything you needed and hope you had a safe trip home.

Beautiful getaway

Very nice and clean. We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated golf villa condo. A couple feedback points; the initial, very present, bright scent of the condo was met with immediate migraine headaches. The two plug in room scents were unfortunately very strong. The overwhelming scent permeated for days even after unplugging on arrival. Secondly, the linens did not fit the oversized king mattress. The fitted sheets would not stay on and needed to be deep pockets. Finally, the host and property manager each posted mandatory temp ranges to stay within for the thermostat, but the ranges did not match up. We followed the range of the property manager, but the thermostat kept being changed during our stay, multiple times during the day and night. Having two different mandatory temp ranges is disorganized and confusing. Further, nobody should be remotely managing or programming the thermostat and should communicate a single temp range prior to booking if it is so important to follow. Overall, we were quite pleased with the space despite these few issues.

This one bedroom condo was probable one of the cleanest I have ever rented. Very comfortable, and nicely decorated.
