We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Baytowne. It was very clean and well appointed. I loved the huge balcony. Communication by the host was great. Easy to understand directions and checking in instructions.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed condo. The outdoor patio / roof-top is an awesome place to relax, enjoy the sun and view the great sunsets over the bay and marina. You can't get much better than being right in the heart of the Baytowne Wharf are of Sandestin - great shops, restaurants, events every night and just a short, easy drive over to the beach. Being able to bring your pet puts this condo at the top of the heap!!!

The unit is actually two separate units—one with two queen beds and the other a one-bedroom with a queen bed—which worked out perfectly for us. As far as the property itself, it is absolutely beautiful! The decor is very inviting, comfortable, and up-to-date, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into making the place feel welcoming.We truly had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The host was also extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we will look forward to returning to!

Great time, beautiful condo and wonderful views. The resort was wonderful, you don’t truly need to leave the property as everything is right there. John was easily reachable and available for any issues that might arise, we only had a few minute issues with the tram and the elevator being out the morning of our departure but other than that we had a fantastic stay! Would highly recommend

We had another wonderful stay! The location and views are unbeatable, and the property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts are amazing—friendly, responsive, and great with communication throughout our stay. This was our second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the customer service. The rooms and bathrooms had ants. There was an ant in our bed. Bug was in the room. Lamps did not work in the living room and in both bedrooms one of the lamps did not work. The tubs were very slippery. That’s dangerous. The rug in the living room was really dirty. The couch was worn, did not sit well. And the bench where the table is was worn also. The furniture is dated. The patio furniture was dirty. We could not enjoy the patio. The condo was very convenient to shopping , beach and restaraunts.

Your comments regarding the ants, lighting, slippery tubs, cleanliness of the patio furniture and area rug, as well as the condition of certain furnishings have been taken seriously and reviewed by our property management and maintenance teams. Regarding the ants, we experienced unusually heavy rainfall during that period, which contributed to increased insect activity throughout the area. The issue has since been professionally addressed, and preventative treatments have been completed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the slippery tubs. Based on your recommendation, we have installed non-slip bath mats to enhance guest safety and comfort. In addition, the patio furniture has been cleaned and fitted with new covers to improve the outdoor experience for future guests. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where improvements are needed, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We are glad you enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Nicely furnished two bedroom close to the Village

We really enjoyed our short stay in this unit. It is very nicely decorated and furnished. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for accessing Baytowne Village and all of the amenities. We visit SanDestin every year around the same time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great accommodations in fabulous Baytown

There’s two bedroom two bath condominium was unbelievable top floor fifth floor in Baytown and it has a deck overlooking the bay and Tuesday night fireworks display Wednesday night a bluegrass band that was perfect to watch from the deck. The pool and the gym are in a very lush screen setting with nice people, but mostly private and mostly no one there. It was a most enjoyable stay I will be returning.

Baytowne Wharf two bedroom

The unit in Baytowne Wharf was spotlessly clean and easy to get to. Parking on the first floor of the garage made for easy access to the elevator and luggage carts were readily available on the second floor of the building. The unit was comfortable and stylishly furnished. Great beds and plenty of towels was an added bonus. The generous balcony gave us an exceptional view of the village which offers so much in the way of food, shopping and entertainment. We highly recommend this condo if you need a Sandestin vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with high-end, comfortable furniture and gorgeous flooring and cabinetry.The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need: pots, pans, silverware, a variety of glasses, even a handy "junk drawer" with scissors, a wine opener, and screwdrivers. There was a washer and dryer, and even a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment. The linens were plentiful, soft, and spotless, and the bath towels were lush and luxurious. Every detail felt well cared for. The views were spectacular, we enjoyed the fireworks on Labor Day and could even hear the live music from the amphitheater below. The resort grounds and landscaping were stunning, with a beautiful pool area, grills, and a fireplace available for use. Access to the pool and barbecue area was easy, just head to the third floor and exit through the double glass doors in the middle of the building. Getting to the beach was convenient. You can use the owners parking area near the Beach House Restaurant in the gravel area. The private beach itself was gorgeous and never felt overcrowded. The condo was also dog-friendly, and our sweet Marley loved her stay as much as we did! The owners were quick to respond and very accommodating, which made our trip seamless. Overall, this was one of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO condo! The location couldn’t have been better—right in Baytowne Wharf, just steps from great restaurants, shopping, the pool, and the shuttle pickup. Everything we wanted to do was incredibly convenient, making our vacation completely stress-free.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible host. John was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He even offered sunset cruises, and it ended up being a highlight of our trip! Watching the sunset on the water was amazing.If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Miramar Beach with an exceptional host, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
