The entire property is fully fenced in, so you can relax knowing your pup is safe, plus they get their own private dog park with agility features to run, play, and explore freely. No worrying, no compromises… just a space where your dog can truly enjoy the vacation with you.

So kick back and relax in our 3-bedroom home featuring an indoor game room, wraparound deck, fire pit, and our personal favorite - the hot tub to melt your stress away.

MAIN BATHROOM: Tub/shower combo with toiletries and towels provided

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with everything you need - stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, crockpot, hand blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, plus dog bowls. Dining table seats 6

GAME ROOM: Foosball, Pac-Man & Golden Tee machines, futon, TV, mini fridge, bar table with two chairs

LIVING ROOM: Cozy and inviting with a sofa sectional, reclining chair, electric fireplace, smart TV, coffee table, blankets, board games, puzzles, books, giant Polaroid photo area, and phone charging station

Well-appointed house- hosts have gone to great lengths to make sure that everyone has a great time and a comfortable stay. They have several extras to make your stay enjoyable. (coffee, mints, welcome snacks, and lots of games) The property is exactly as pictured. They are very responsive and concerned that you have an enjoyable stay

Cozy and entertaining house.

This is a cozy and fun house to stay at and Maryana And Scott are great hosts. Everything around the house has been thought of and designed to make the the stay pleasant and comfortable. The hot tub is really nice and spacious. I would love to come back one day !

Fantastic stay

We had such a wonderful stay. Loved all the little touches and the incredible attention to detail. Very communicative hosts! The backyard was a very fun and relaxing retreat that we enjoyed as well as the game room. Thanks so much for the memories, we will be back!

Great House

One of the best houses I've rented. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with. The place is absolutely spotless. We had so much fun in the game room. The beds are very. Comfortable. The back yard is great set-up with the firepit and hot tub. Icould not ask for anything more

Turkey getaway

First of all Scott and Mariana were exceptional to work with, they got back to me and answered all my questions immediately. We added an extra day at the minute and they made the process painless. The house was exactly as billed the hot tub and deck and the game room worked out perfectly. Everything was well stocked they even left us a s’mores package, we can’t thank them enough….

Greenville Getaway

This was a belated Mother’s Day weekend and we could not have picked a better place. Hot tub, game room, fire pit, outdoor games, a cabinet filled with board games, and tvs in every bedroom (which the kids loved!), and a warm and cozy house were enjoyed by us all! Maryana & Scott also provided fantastic & thoughtful little touches like a bowl of snacks, toiletries, and supplies to make s’mores! They were also so quick to communicate with and provided great tips on eateries close to the house. We give this trip five stars and eight hands in the air when asked who wants to return again. Thanks so much!

This was our second time staying at Greenville Getaway and it was just as fabulous as the first time. Between the hot tub, firepit, the multitude of games there is just so much to do. House was very clean and everything you may need to have a comfortable stay has been provided. Communication with Maryana & Scott (hosts) was excellent. They respond quickly, and are very helpful and clear. There is not a single negative thing I could say no matter how small and I am usually able to come up with something--impeccable! Highly recommended. Will be back.

Who needs a mountain when you have a hot tub!

The most standout part of this property is the sheer amount of amenities that the house provides for those who plan on staying in versus hitting the slopes. If you have young kids the space is really accommodating for them as well. Hosts were especially accommodating and communicative. Would 100% book again. Some pro tips: water has a little sulfuric smell. If that isn’t ideal, recommend buying drinking water. Otherwise pretty benign to wash and clean in. One room had spring-style bed. No worries for just a few nights.

Greenville Getaway

This house was a last minute back up when the home we previously rented was canceled three days before our trip. They say everything happens for a reason. This was definitely a blessing. The house was equipped with so many unique and thoughtful extras. Tons of games including outdoor games, a beautiful fire pit with plenty of wood- lots of outdoor furniture and lights. Inside there were games, a photo “booth” set up, etc etc. every little detail taken care of. Comfortable beds, and the house was very clean. A wonderful weekend was had by everyone! Ps- you have to do the escape room….

Resort Features in a Cozy Home!

The Greenville Getaway was the PERFECT place for our family of 4 adults to decompress after an intense Thanksgiving celebration! Every room is incredibly well-equipped - ensuring a comfortable and fun stay - and the extra details (s'mores stuff etc.) make you feel like a guest the home of a friend. You'll need to spend a week there if you want to take advantage of ALL the home and the area have to offer!

Exceptional Stay!

We had a fantastic family stay! This is by far the best vacation rental experience we have ever encountered. The house exceeded our expectations. Communication with Maryana and Scott was perfect. They knew just when to check in with us before, during and after our visit. The listing was accurate and the property was very clean and in excellent shape. And the escape room game was the icing on the cake. This property is great for all ages. There was a desk in every bedroom allowing us to work remotely. The WiFi worked well! Three of us were able to be on video meetings while the rest of the family was streaming on the living room television. The porta crib and high chair really came in handy. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Maryana and Scott were terrific hosts and the house was exactly as pictured. We loved the hot tub and the game room, especially after long days outside mountain biking at nearby Windham Mountain and hiking beautiful Kaaterskill Falls. Great place for a getaway!

Greenville is Great!

Once again-we had an amazing time at this cute Greenville stay. Extra little touches like a bottle of wine for the grown-ups and smores stuff for the kids are so thoughtful and sweet. The space is always clean and comforting and the hot tub, outdoor and indoor games, and comfy couch are well enjoyed! Thanks so much for the relaxing weekend away!

Fantastic say

We stayed for two nights. It’s a beautiful place, immaculately clean, very well decorated, hosts were very welcoming and reached out several times to see if they could be of any help. We couldn’t have wanted anything else, it’s all there, fire pit with nice seating, big outdoor grill, plenty of games and if course the hot tub which was the most relaxing experience we’ve had in a long time! Can’t wait to return.
