Marsh Front Cottage | 3 Bed, 2.5 Bath

This is a one-of-a-kind beautiful marsh front home nestled among the palm trees and live oaks. This is one of the most serene and peaceful neighborhoods in the whole town!

Enjoy your coffee or dinner on the screened-in back porch and watch the sun rise or set over the water. Your pups can safely run around the fenced in backyard while you do this.

This home is fully equipped for long and short term stays with high speed Wi-Fi, a desk and monitor for those that need to get some work done while traveling.

Each room is beautifully decorated with coastal decor. You have a bathtub for soaking in the master and a shower across from the guest room.

There are two spaces in the living room area for sitting and relaxing; one by a fireplace to stay cozy in the winter.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything a chef needs to whip up a meal!

Just a 3 minutes drive from the grocery store, gas station and several restaurants, this home is perfectly located. It's also just a couple miles off I-95.

If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
