New construction, just completed in the spring of 2022. AC installed July 28, 2022. This cozy home is nestled in the center of Garden City. From the state of the art kitchen appliances to the unbeatable location, you'll love everything about this beautiful single-story home!

LOCATION:
We are confident that one of your favorite things about this home will be its location. You will find yourself within walking distance to Garden City park & pond and all of the many fun activities that can be found there. You will be just a few blocks away from the lake itself, and only a short drive to access the hundreds of miles of trails that can be hiked, biked, or explored on ATVs! Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy! Insider tip--this home will have an UNBEATABLE view of the fireworks over the 4th of July!

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The spacious kitchen and gathering areas are thoughtfully designed so that your group will have plenty of room to gather and enjoy playing games, making food, watching TV on the large flatscreen, or simply chatting. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basic cooking supplies and dinnerware you may need. The large sectional is the perfect place to cozy up after a long day of exploring Garden City and all it has to offer! In addition, you'll have a large and private deck with a BBQ grill. What better way to spend a summer evening than outside on a deck eating BBQ and watermelon?!

BEDROOMS:
Each of the 4 bedrooms are set up in the perfect way to accommodate any family gathering. For your ease in planning, here is the exact layout of each bedroom.

Bedroom #1 - Master: Queen + Trundle & pack-n-play in closet (sleeps 3 + baby)
Bedroom #2: Queen (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunks + Trundle (sleeps 5)
Bedroom #4: Twin-over-Full bunk + Twin-over-Twin bunk + Trundle (sleeps 6)

The master has an en suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms will share the large second bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Lake. Everything was as described and it the location of the cottage was super close to everything in town. The home is definitely not a luxury cabin, but it was very large on the inside and fit our needs perfectly. I have to deduct one star on cleanliness, because there was a small hiccup with the cleaners that was fixed within 1 hour of our arrival by the property manager. The property manager was fast and so nice. He refunded our cleaning fee and paid for our dinner that evening! I've never had that service before. I highly recommend staying at their properties and will do it again in the future.

Used the cottage as a base camp for crew and pacers as part of the Bear 100. Worked out wonderfully during the race and post-race.

Lovely

Clean and spacious. The beds, pillows, and couch were very comfortable. The dining table was big enough to spread out a board game. The kitchen has most of the basic equipment. There's a good sized grocery store nearby.

Fun Bear Lake Getaway!

The space is quite large! 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Great for a weekend with friends. Had trouble with the AC and the door is difficult to open/lock due to the lock and hole not quite matching so you have to line it up… but the kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were quite spacious (: my friends and I had a good time

Great house in great area

Our favorite things about this property: Very clean and modern. Open, roomy feel. No funky smells or stains. Nice large gathering areas. The beds, linens, pillows, and towels were all new, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking, even when towing a boat. The A/C worked great; Nice even temperature throughout the entire home. Nice laundry room with clean, high-capacity appliances, and well stocked. Great central location near everything that was important to us. Quiet neighborhood. A few items of note: If you have a large group, beware there are only two bathrooms, and one is connected to the master bedroom. There are no kitchen towels or washrags, so you have to bring your own. I'm guessing there was some kind of settling of the foundation after the modular home was installed, because a few of the interior doors are difficult, including one that is totally messed up and even has a 1/2" gap between the door and frame (this means that particular bedroom has limited privacy). The kitchen is well stocked as far as dishes, small appliances, etc. This home is new enough that there are no "staples" as far as food items (which we're fine with), not even salt and pepper. Beware there are also no games, toys, etc. so you'll need to bring your own. Overall a very pleasant experience, and we would totally stay here again.

Comfortable and clean stay

Good visit

The only concern was the trash bin full on Friday, since Monday was trash track picking up the trash. We had to take the trash to a dumpster. The rest was great.

Spacious family home

We spent the weekend in Bear Lake with our family. The location was perfect! Close to everything and the home was clean and very comfortable. We had the best time and would definitely book it again!
