We are an end unit, with lots of windows, in a quiet 17 unit private First Class newer Condo. We are south of Clearwater at Indian Rocks Beach, at 20th Ave. just North of Guppies Restaurant. We take pride on keeping our unit clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries and beach equipement like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. There is High Speed Wireless Internet, great views, a large balcony and sunshine, while you work.

Our living room faces the beach and our special feature is, fantastic sunsets. We are two miles from famous Clearwater Beach with a private pool, hot tub, elevator, a spectacular view from a 12 foot patio door on our large 10 by 14 balcony. This could be a perfect place for you, to enjoy the best relaxing holiday, in a long time.
