We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4, it was perfect size and kitchen had majority of cooking items we needed!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! We have never stayed in a condo that had so many supplies which was amazing since we flew into the area. Beach supplies and canopy/umbrella were easy to access and set up. This was our first time visiting this area and were pleasantly surprised how many restaurants were within walking distance.

It was a very nice condo. Very well stocked, including the kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms. The patio was comfortable with table, chairs & very comfortable couch. Of course the view of the ocean & sunsets were the best! Other than the hot tub being out of commission, everything was perfect. Thank you Jeannie & Evan for sharing your lovely home away from home with us

The view was beautiful, we enjoyed the sunsets!! Spring can be a little cool so we enjoyed the heated pool and the new grill area just completed. The unit has everything you need! Full kitchen to be able to cook meals and do some baking, plenty of beach towels and bath towels in the unit, beach items in the parking lot closet. Great location to be able to walk to dinner, shopping and ice cream. And the unit is decorated very beachie and fun. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit!

It’s good to hear the heated pool and the newly completed outdoor grill area added to your experience, especially during the cooler spring weather. We appreciate you noting how well-equipped the unit is. We make a point to keep the kitchen fully stocked and to provide plenty of towels and beach gear so guests can settle in without having to think about the basics. This place was amazing. We’ve been going to this area for about 7 years now. Condo was very nice and clean just as advertised. Had everything you needed for your stay. Definitely would recommend this property. Evan and Jeannie were great!

You’ll never want to leave

We loved everything about this beautiful place. Accommodations so clean and comfy, updated, better than home! The beach, pool, hot tub all heavenly. So, YES well be back.

Another great stay!

We’ve stayed at this property before and it’s perfect. Has everything you need. From cooking meals at in the unit to beach and pools days! Beautiful view of the gulf and just steps to the beach and delicious local food. Can’t wait to come back again.

Everything we wanted. Beach-pool-walking distance to restaurants/bars. Condo had all needs within and out -chairs umbrellas for the beach.

Best place to stay in IRB

Spectacular condo

This was our second time staying in this wonderful condo. It was very clean and furnished beautifully. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly want. I would highly recommend this place to anyone fortunate to stay there.
