Palms at Wailea #307 is a beautifully spacious 1Bd/2Ba unit with all the comforts of home! It is conveniently located on the ground floor and it is a close walk to the picturesque resort pool. The unit has split system A/C in the bedroom. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops, and is supplied with all your vacation needs in mind. The bedroom has a king bed and the en suite bathroom is remodeled with a luxurious whirlpool bath. The convenient second bathroom boasts a beautiful travertine walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large-screen television. You can access the spacious, well-appointed lanai through either the slider in the living room or the one off the bedroom. You can see the ocean as you relax on the lanai. For your outdoor enjoyment, this Palms at Wailea #307 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. A telephone is supplied in the unit with free calling to the continental U.S. and to Canada. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long white sandy shoreline. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

We loved everything about this condo. It was clean, and well decorated. We loved having laundry available since you can easily go through multiple outfits per day. The available beach chairs, towels and umbrella made for wonderful beach time. The kitchen was very nice and completely stocked with all dishes and cookware we could need. Fridge was big, AC and fans made it very comfortable. Pool was great and enjoyable. Location is great and easy to get to several beaches. Easy check-in/check-out process. We had a great vacation and this condo was a big reason for it. Mahalo!

The best part is the outdoor patio space. It significantly increases the size of the unit, allowing you to spend most of your time outside.

A Great Place to Stay in Wailea

This is an ideal condo to stay at in Wailea with all the amenities a couple would need for cooking in and relaxing on the lanai and with an easy walking distance to the hotels and restaurants in Wailea. This was our second stay at the property and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location! Short walk or drive to wonderful beaches, restaurants and shops. The complex is quiet and the grounds and pool area are very well looked after. Great having a parking spot right outside the front door. The condo was spacious with a lovely lanai to enjoy the outdoors and ocean view. The kitchen had good, clean appliances and was well stocked although the toaster needs replacing, any setting would leave it half burnt, half untoasted and there were no oven mitts. Full AC would be appreciated. Although the ceiling fans in the living area did help, there were some very warm days. It would be nice to see the unit get some fresh paint due to the regular wear and tear that has left chips and scuffs, as well as a deep clean of the sofa. The closet doors in hall were rusty so were difficult to open/close. Also the blinds for the only window on the north side of the condo were broken, one would not open at all and the other had been labeled "broken, open gently". A quick fix would make a big difference rather than risking a bad first impression. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this place to have a good kitchen. The kitchen was awesome - everything was clean and worked well. The fridge was very large. We used the grill one time and it was clean and easy to use. We saw staff cleaning it each day. Property was beautiful - lots of flowering trees. The smell of flowers outside was so good - I will remember that for a long time.

Great place

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very clean and felt like we were at home. It is as unfortunate the pool was closed BUT we were given a months warning about this so we totally understand. We would go back!

Very Nice Apartment in Wailea

Great area. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Parking spot right in front of the unit. The pool is a one-minute walk. All in all very lovely place.

Great spot in Maui

We booked this condo last minute and we were very happy with our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and layout was great. We were missing hot pads to remove something from the oven, but otherwise we had all we needed. Location is quiet but super convenient to beaches and shops and the pool on site. Patio was very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and well appointed.

The stay was great. We did not spend a lot of time there. Not a place for children. Pool has very strict rules. Very quiet. Close to nice restaurants, beach walk. Wailea itself is breathtaking! Worth the trip from the East coast.

Palms at Wailea

After staying in a hotel suite for the previous 6 nights this place was just what the doctor ordered! Spacious layout and super comfortable. AC in master was nice. Ceiling fans did a good job keeping air circulating. Pool access and parking very convenient. Enjoyed our stay. Would have no reservations to stay again! Thanks so much.

It was great

I wish if they have cleaned the closets as it was filled with stuff and very dusty. We had to leave all of our luggage in the living room as there was no place to store. Hope they make these changes for a better stay in future.
