WELCOME to The Palms at Wailea, Unit 202 - your home away from home! This unit has been completely refurbished and newly decorated. The 2nd floor location provides nice vistas and a cool breeze from the large lanai (BR has AC). The living room has a new queen size sofa sleeper and there is a large California King bed in the Master. Wireless, Cable, Blu-Ray, Printer and Bowes Sound System are all included to help ensure a relaxing yet productive stay! Kitchen is well stocked and an outside BBQ is there for nights dining at home!
We take pride in our property and therefore have many happy clients who have become repeat guests!

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable, exactly as represented. We enjoyed being close to restaurants and activities but the unit was quiet and peaceful where we could relax. The host was very responsive and welcoming.

Paradise on Maui!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Wailea! The 2nd floor condo was conveniently located in building 2 with a spacious lanai and outdoor dining, and beautifully decorated inside, with a well-stocked kitchen for dining and new chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It’s a great location for a morning walk on Keawakapu Beach, and easy walking distance from The Shops at Wailea.

Golf/Hiking Vaca

The property was beautiful, well-kept and quiet! Spent our last day in the Lahaina to Kapalua area which was so crowded. Thankful for our choice of location as well as this specific property. So well stocked plus extras like beach chairs/umbrella and coolers. Mahalo!

Another nice stay at The Palms

We have stayed several times at the Palms in different units in different locations on the property. This unit has a nice peek a boo view (really more than peek a boo) from the lanai dining table. The kitchen is nicely stocked with various pots and pans, dishes and appliances. The Bed is very comfortable Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were appreciated and used daily. The beach is just down the street Great location. Close to the walking path in Wailea that hugs the ocean. The property manager was easy to talk to and is quick to respond to emails.

Second stay in paradise

We felt again so comfortable! It’s a real home for our Maui Visit! We booked the second time and everything was perfect again for us! So lovely furnished and luxury decorated! And there is everything you could ask for! Kitchen is perfectly equipped and for our days at the beach- we really had everything! Umbrella, many beach chairs, cooling boxes, goggles.... Thank you, Craig for everything! Sure we will book a third time one day! :) Aloha!

Great location.

The property was fine, but doesn’t compare to the unit we normally stay in at The Palms, which has been fully renovated including AC in the living area. This unit is outdated the pictures were definitely better than reality. This unit only has AC in the bedroom. I couldn’t even open the bedroom closet due to wear for example. Also it was not as clean as I would like either, given the cleaning fees I should not have found a used soap in the shower. The host was great and very responsive.

I accommodated the guest with an early check in at 1pm after numerous back and forth requests to arrive early. Standard checkin time is 4pm. I did a walk through the unit before their arrival to ensure everything was set to perfection. I never heard from the guest during their entire stay. If anything was unsatisfactory, I would have liked to have been contacted to address any issues, and I would have corrected any cleaning issues. Most units in The Palms only have AC in the bedroom. The unit is advertised as such. We consistently get 5 star ratings from our guests and the pictures are accurate.

Wailea Location

The grounds of this property are beautiful and well maintained. This unit is located toward the East entrance of the Palms of Wailea, close to the road and furtherest from the ocean side. There is a small view of the ocean from the outside lanai. The ocean and walking path are not within walking distance of this unit in our opinion. We loved the Wailea location, but we had to drive to our favorite Wailea restaurants, shops and beaches. The unit itself was sufficient for what we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas worked perfect for beach days. This unit could use some updates, it was fine, but looks aged and dated. Our biggest complaint is the AC in the master bedroom only. We really didn’t spend any time in the main living area because it was too hot to be enjoyed. Ultimately we did like the location of this property, but we probably would not stay in this unit again due to the AC.

We consistently have repeat clients who have given a five star rating. The complex is a 7 minute walking distance to Keawakapu Beach from the complex of 150 units which is considered to be the best west facing beaches in Maui. The condo has been updated with complete new appliances. The pictures are current and is advertised correctly. The AC is in the bedroom only as most units in the complex. The description of the unit with bedroom AC only is advertised as such. The Palms Wailea is not in the center of Kihei town. It is a 5 minute drive into town and a short walk to all of the major hotels in Wailea. This particular guest never asked any questions before booking that seemed to be a priority to them. I had no communication with them except for when they made the booking. Communication is important when deciding where to book your stay when in Maui. The nightly rate offers great value for Wailea.

Comfortable place

Lovely decor. Well equipped, not only house holds but beach gears. Mattress of master bedroom was little bit soft for us though, we totally enjoyed our vacation.

Absolutely incredible

This property will not disappoint. The location is so central - literally dozens of beaches a stone's throw away, close to shopping and amenities, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Well appointed kitchen, and the lanai is second to none. Spacious and comfortable layout, everything you need for home base. We would absolutely book this unit for our next trip to Maui.

Great Vacation Condo!

My wife and I stayed here while our friends stayed at the AC Marriott (over $1000/night). Our friends were jealous. While they had a small room, we had a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and plenty of room to spread out and to entertain for a fraction of the price of the Marriott. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a grill on the lanai. it was a delight to cook here. In addition, the lanai has a comfortable outdoor seating area as well as a covered dining room table and a convenient pass-through window to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a ductless AC unit that works extremely well. The living room doesn't have AC, but there are plenty of windows and fans to keep the temperature comfortable. I was impressed with how QUIET the complex was - no road noise or loud neighbors. The pool and jacuzzi are a two-minute walk away and are VERY clean and well maintained. Keawakapu beach is a short 15-minute walk down the hill - not much farther than if you were staying at one of the huge resorts on Maui. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and relaxing stay in the Wailea area. We will be back.

Perfection at the Palms

We have been coming to Maui for 25 years and have never stayed at a more perfect place, the communications with the owners was very responsive, the unit is a wonderful oversized one bedroom that is the best stocked unit we’ve stayed at over the years. The location on the grounds is also good, tucked away but with ocean glimpses and wonderful sunsets. We will be back again and again and again…thanks guys for being such great hosts!

This property is in a great location. It is pretty well equipped as far as kitchen items. The condo does not have boogie boards but does have beach chairs and sun umbrellas. It needs a little bit of TLC. The tracks for the closets are pretty much rusted out so opening and closing them is hard. The main bed is very soft and has no support left in it. You both roll into the middle and you can feel the springs when you lie down. Other than the bed the place is a good location for a holiday.

To date, we never have had a comment or complaint on the bed mattress. After these guests left, I did assess the mattress and it has been replaced. Not sure what happened during this rental period when our guests were there. The closet doors are mirrored doors and are in working order. Never have had a complaint before either.

Near All Wailea Has to Offer

This tastefully decorated place is near all that Wailea has to offer... the beaches, the beachside walking/runniing path along the beach, the Shops at Wailea, the hotels, the golf, the restaurants, and easy trips into Kihei. We are walkers and found it to be a perfect starting point for many adventures. My favorite aspects of the place: the decorating, eating meals at the table on the outside deck, the cleanliness, the well-working amenities of the unit, the quiet and comfort of the bedroom, and the professionalism of the hosts/owners. I would personally vote for finding space for a traditional indoor breakfast table (for when the sunny deck gets too hot) and for extending the AC coverage from the bedroom to the rest of the unit (for those hot Hawaii afternoons), but these are mere suggestions for a good place that delivers in the most important ways. I loved the tone and promptness of our communications with the owner and again, how professionally everything was handled. We happily give this place a thumbs up!

Beautiful location and convenient

This property is well located and it is within a beautiful community! It has a nice swimming pool! The owner has been super amazing and very reachable ! They have provided lots of towels and sheets ! There were snorkeling and beach toys at the apartment though we bought ours on our way from Costco ! Lots of pots and pans and lots of dishes in case you were lazy to wash right away !! There is every thing you would need at this unit. We just wish that toilets weren’t so loud when flushing 😊 Thank you for having us . We look forward staying here again

Beautiful condo with a lot of nice touches to make your stay comfortable. Condo was very clean and it has been well maintained. Loved that they provided beach chairs,coolers,snorkel gear and umbrella. Gave it a 4 star because the view from the lanai is the parking lot and no a/c in the living area but they do provide 2 nice fans which help.

Perfect vacation spot

Only reason we cannot give a perfect 5 stars is the plumbing. Master shower can only offer cool/cold water at a trickle. Tough for refreshing one self.

Of course, we have an on-island service that could have resolved the issue immediately had we been made aware. In the future, please feel free to contact us directly or the manager whose number posted in the unit! You need to just move the handle towards the right. We just checked on it personally and all is working perfectly! So not sure why you had an issue! But please let us know if ever in the future there is any issue as we would respond immediately!

Spacious, tasteful, and all the comforts of home. The 5-8 minute stroll to the beach is amazing and the pool/spa offer the comforts of a resort just minutes from the doorstep! Everything you need for your stay is on hand. Want to cook - enjoy the best stocked kitchen in The Palms including the outside BBQ. Need to get work done, enjoy free wireless access and printer on hand. We price fairly for the quality of our unit and there is no doubt, the value is there!
